What Regiment are you applying for? Royal Guard 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? So I can finally help out my battalion behind the scenes. As well as seeing how far I could go to help Royal Guard and how far I have come to be able to apply for this position. I am also applying cause I'm ready to get stuff real with Royal Guard cause some of the Royal Guard need to step up there game. also I want to be a symbol of anything's possible as long as you put in the right amount of effort in your sure to succeed, I am also looking into ways to get the battalion more active on off hours to boost RG moral and protect the VIPs that are rarely on at that time. what I'm saying is I want to expand Royal Guard Not Revive it like Name but improve and expand Royal Guard as whole. RG has already improved by leaps and bounds over the few Months since name and red became vice sovereigns and has become more of a experience than ever before so overall I think I could make it even better than it was before, by how much I do not know, But I Promise to improve RG as a battalion in any small way I can. 4. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A command position is to mainly help the commander in decision to better the Battalion and much more sophisticated activities such as discussing issues and or problems with RG and ways to Counteract them, New ideas to Improve RG as Battalion, New creative and fun ways to Train Royal Guard and keep them maintained and in a bigger way increase activity of the Royal Guard. secondly the also maintain roster and order around the royal Guard and reward Good things such as Hosting a bunch of Sims. keeping cadets engaged as they are the most likely to drop activity. other things include actually leading the royal guards and helping them individually improve in what ever they need to improve on. leading them through events and overall having a good time with them too is import but not a mingy good time because that is backwards thinking in my opinion and thus not a option in improving and engaging the branch. I will always be in touch for anything major that might arise now and in the future. I believe that RG can grow a bunch and that the people in it can too. I don't know everything and i cant do everything but I can help were I can. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : first off I haven't been warned once by my regiment or other around me about abuse of power and or extensions of that. Secondly I have a clean track record and have been in compliance of the rules of the server. thirdly I Believe I'm trust worthy and I know some of my fellow Royal Guard also believe that too. Thirdly I am a SHGO who is tasked with organizing tryouts in my time zone when needed by the SHGL. lastly I can promise I can uphold the command standard code. I also want to start leading and be better I have got this far why stop now. Lastly I believe I am Ready for this position i was ready since i made my mind up to become a Officer in Royal Guard. 7. How often can you be Online? : on server a minimum of 3 hours on week days due to IRL stuff but am always able to manage and be talked too most of the time on weekends 3 to 12 hours depending on if IRL Stuff comes up 8.
