  1. ============================== Veld Havoc Vice Commander Application ============================== 1. What's your IGN (In Game Name)? Havoc OPS COL Veld CH05 2. What regiment are you applying for? Havoc Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to be a Vice Commander of Havoc because I want to further the regiment as a whole and help it to grow. Havoc is truly one of my favorite battalions and I want to see it prosper and I feel like I can achieve more for the benefit of Havoc if I were to be placed in a Vice Commander position I would love nothing more than to assist Havoc's command team in reviving and revising havoc to return it to glorious days of activity and fun for all ranks including enlisted. As a Vice Commander I will do all within my ability to assist Havoc's Success such as Sims, Training, Flag ups, Promotions, Punishments, and improving the relationship and communication between Havoc. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? https://www.battlemetrics.com/players/996045473 244Hrs 5. What is the main purpose of a commander for a branch? A Vice Commanders Job is to assist the commander in running and maintaining the battalion making sure that it is active, and actively doing simulations, and trainings for the battalion to keep the battalion entertained and active. Another Job is to make sure all havoc troops are trained and ready for possible enemy threats on the ISD and are properly trained to deal with threats off ship as well. Something else that is expected of a Vice commander is to promote those who have shown dedication to the battalion or exceptional combat skill. Meaning that if an Officer/NCO is actively holding simulations, Doing well in combat or training for that battalion, then their hard work , and dedication will not go without reward. But Vice Commanders are also to hand out punishment if deserving, no matter if it be CO/NCO/Enlisted. For example, if an Officer is continuously disobeying orders or abusing his power, and being an overall bad role model to NCO’s, and enlisted they will be punished. If an enlisted sees that their officer is minging, they will more than likely assume that it is okay to do the same. This causes an unstable battalion, and this is one of the reasons I want to become Havoc Vice Commander is to enforce this and act to make sure all of Havoc is treated fairly. This is currently a problem in havoc that, If I was given the position of Vice Commander I would dedicate myself to fixing. Another Big Job of a Vice Commander is helping Havoc Command with updating and maintaining the roster, making sure that the roster is up to date for easy access of any viewers. An important job of a Vice commander is also hosting meetings, taking meeting notes and going over things that need improved upon in the battalion, while also making sure other important factors like possible reports or suggestions are brought up and addressed. These meetings are very important because it provides communication in the battalion which is vital in keeping the battalion alive and thriving, and of course announcing promotions and punishments for those deserving of it. One other task of a command member is to actively do FLAG UPS within the battalion to make sure that it is active, and also other announcements like reminders of meeting times, role call, simulations/missions/trainings, changes in the battalion, and/or warnings. 6. why should we trust you to be a commander? There are several reasons why you should trust me to be a Vice commander of the Havoc company, One of them being the fact that I have shown dedication to this battalion, server, and community. I am widely trusted among the entire battalion to bring problems and issue's to. If Given Vice Commander I would have more influence on change in Havoc so I could do more with these suggestions for the betterment of Havoc. Now I will admit I don't have the most time on the server but in terms of experience I have a lot on my resume throughout my time on Gmod Starwars RP. I have procured many ranks of trust, I will first start with the ranks I've procured in the Havoc company. First I have been trusted with the rank of COL in havoc along with with being trusted with EOD lead where I have put forward many changes and improvements and have already reformed EOD for the better (Not to mention i have been appointed Ground command many of times so i know how to lead). Off of havoc on another server called undead I have been put in many command spots I have been a Commander a 1LT, and the leader of a squad. During my position of lead all of these battalions they were extremely active and underwent many changes that were influenced by me that improved the regiment. I have also immersed myself in the rules of all battalions on the server making sure I know almost all of the limitations making sure that I have been thoroughly educated on all of the rules/What's expected out of all of the regiments, and I am still eager to learn more. I am always willing to change for the better and learn all things I can possibly learn to improve the quality of life for those in havoc and all of those around me. Its also worth mention that during my time where I was in a leading position I made or attempted to make many changes and those that were accepted did very well for the regiment I was in. Going back to one of my previous statements I am trusted by all of NCO's, Officer ranks, and Command of Havoc. I am kind but if needed I know how to crack down on people who need it. I am Very trust worthy and I believe that I have proven it through out my stay in Havoc, I also have more experience as a havoc officer more so than any CO we have currently have. 7. How often can you be online? 6-7 Hours a day or more 8. Do you have any warnings (what for?) I currently have no warning my record is completely clear Closing Statement I know this isn't required but I just wanted to include this in my application. I would like to thank Havoc command for giving me the opportunity to even apply for this rank and I hope the reader was able to pick up the fact that if given this position I would do all in my power to change havoc for the good and make sure to assist its growth so that it can become even better than it is now. Thank you for reading my application and have a great day! Note: My battlemetrics is bugged for some reason and wont log my hours I had this problem with my last application ============================== Thank you for reading my application ==============================

  6. I'm going to - support your application Klepto as current CPT and EODL your Leadership in my eyes is lacking I've seen how you run a sub regiment which is half of the responsibility of a VCMDR and I am unimpressed to say the least - Lacks Activity - Lacks Initiative - Lacks Inspiration - Lacks Leadership As someone who is currently serving in the same battalion and is also in a leading position i am against his application for VCMDR
