I am applying for the commander position of Havoc3. Why do you want to be the Commander of this branch? The reason why I want to be the commander of Havoc is to take on the responsibilities of the position and being able to improve the battalion and make the experience of Havoc a better one in its entirety one of my main goals as a commander of Havoc is to keep the numbers of the battalion growing and to improve the sub battalions that we do have currently our Officer core has improved exponentially that and create SIMS and missions for Havoc to enjoy and have other battalions be able to participate and have better relations with others as well and reduce the times when there are no Havoc on the server.4. How much game time do you have on the server? I currently have 4 weeks and 744 hours in total 5. What is the main purpose of a Commander of a branch? The purpose of a commander is to maintain the battalion work on ways to improve it that and deal with serious matters that involve the server that and work with the vice commanders and officers of the battalion and take in the feedback of what they want to see and make the appropriate changes it is important for a commander to be patient understanding and be approachable to others and improve relations with other battalions such as doing trainings and passive RP with them as well that and be trusted with the future of the battalion.6. Why should we trust you with Commander? The reason why you should trust me with the position of commander is because of my performance as a Vice Commander even though I have been one for only 2-3 weeks whenever I'm on the first thing I do is check if the roster is up to date see if there any issues I have to handle and deal with and staying involved with other battalions and improve the relations with them and help with any issues that involve engine core because sometimes it does happen I fully understand the responsibilities of a Commander and what can happen if I deemed that I am underperforming and not up to standards of a Commander,7 How often can you be online? 4-7 hours a day8.
