(150 Word Minimum): I believe I should be staff because I Have plenty of experience with handling minges and hard situations Because I'm research command which in my opinion Can have alot of minges Beacuse Reashch is a trainee Job which any level with any amount of experience can join. I am also very active during the day and the night and I'm ready to have to flag off from whatever I'm doing to handle a sit or a problem someone is having. Also I'm in Event Team which Has some of the same responsibility's as staff And i feel like i have proven myself as a trustworthy ET with my power And the last thing I have to say Is I am very Experienced with the server I have around 6 months now in the server and have read all the rules. There Has even been a few situations were I have had To explain Some rules to admins handling a site with someone.Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would at first Try to get all party's to calm down. If some of the party's choose not to Calm down i would be forced to gag the Respected party. I would then put them to the side were they cant interfere with the Calm players. I would then ask the cooperative players to Explain there Situation and why the sit was called In the first place. after they explain I would put them to the side and bring over the gagged players and ask them to explain. If they choose not to listen then I would Have to give them A warn. Then I would finally Give out the punishment's that the sit was called for in the first place and send everyone back.Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?If someone was mass RDMing and When I brought them into the sit and all they do Is swear at Me I would try to Calm down the Player, and If they Do not listen and Just keep swearing I would have to gag the player. After that I would try to get evidence from the reporter or the logs. If it was proven that the person in question did Mass RDM I would explain The punishment's they are receiving. If they Are not getting banned I would ask them to stop swearing and try to not be toxic when I send them back. If they are getting banned I would Ask over a higher up to help me with the situation And ban them.
