This SCP will be almost similar to SCP-280, but are immune to flashlights. {If anything, I don't believe the facility is bright enough to weaken the Vamps.} I believe this will bring a new interesting field of RP if we also add that a bite can convert the person bitten into a vampire too. 6. Also it will lead to the same situation that 035 had, which was doing the /me mind control. So SMT would have to create a completely new swep for this Scp, which again would most likely be similar to 035.
