Alex Raddish Posted June 1, 2020 Share Posted June 1, 2020 What you want to see? - Decreasing the amount of time it takes to surrender (put hands up) Why should we add it? - When Gov tells you to put your hands up it takes like 3 or 4 seconds to do so. Sometimes you'll put your weapon away with the intention to surrender but be shot before you can do so. It makes it easier to comply with police.
