TheBrigand Posted April 28, 2020 Share Posted April 28, 2020 What you want to see? Actual Foundation protocol for what to do when VIPs in the facility are taken hostage/ransomed. There should be set bounty prices or price ranges for different roles in the Foundation. For example Low command members could be ransomed for like 10k and O5 could be ransomed for like 500k. Depending on the situation, there could also be protocol for when bounties shouldn't be made or rescue attempts should be made instead (using stealth ops or something). Perhaps there could also be people who are designated facility negotiators. I think that in an RP server where hostage situations are very possible, there should really be some more descriptive protocol/rules about it. I think mainly what I'd like to see is a bounty price list for different Foundation personnel. Why should we add it? It could make for some fun RP scenarios and incentive more activity in combat roles (For example, to boost activity in gensec a new role could be added for people to escort VIPs throughout the facility). What are the advantages of having this? It's another way to move money around on the server a bit more, considering that gambling is a thing now. Who is it mainly for? If you are unsure if a price you are selling/buying for is unreasonable, then ask a higher up. Personnaly, when I sell an SCP, i go like this for prices: Safe- 5-10k Euclid- 10-20k Keter- 30-35k 682- 35-40k Up to MTF Command if they want to add this to SOPs, but gensec shouldn't be doing deals, and has no use in their SOP.
