(150 Word Minimum): I've never experienced with staff because I was never really into Garry's Mod until Gaming Light. This server is very fun and continues me to get on everyday. I'll take this job seriously as a care for the life of this server and the people on it. I'm very active in game and teamspeak and I know the community pretty well. I enjoy helping people and keep gaming light fun for everyone. I'm a leader and I think that's an important asset for staff and rolemodel . I've got 100+ hrs and I know the rules pretty well. I've been plenty of sits not because of me, but other people so I took some mental notes on how to deal with things. Also I don't get heat that much and I'm very neutral with siutation. I have staff experience with discords, and other games. Also for being CST time zone during the summer I'm on very late and I notice a lack of staff at that time and a lot of rdming happends. My times are pretty flexible and I can pretty much hop on staff when needed. Staff here are really good and I want to be part of that community. Helping people gives you a good satisfaction and it gives them the information they need. I RP a lot so I get the point of view of some of these people and I understand where they are coming for. I'm very chill and resolve problems with good solutions. In conclusion I really like this server and care about it, and I just want to do more the be apart of it and help the community and continue the duration of the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? It really depends on the situation, but first thing is I'd minge them and if they micspam or be disrepsceful to be or a player they'll get a warn for that if they continue I'll proceed with a gag.
