(150 Word Minimum) First off I would like to thank everyone who has supported me and got me to where I am now. Joining staff was one of the best things I had ever done, I have had so much fun and it has been an amazing experience having the opportunity to work alongside my friends and being able to help the community in a positive way. It has been my dream to become and Admin, ever since I first joined the staff team back in 2018. I consider myself to be loyal, friendly, mature, and hard working, some of the most important things of being staff. I am on staff almost every single day for at least a couple hours, some days when I don't have school I might be on for 7-10 hours. I have never made an LOA or had to take a break from the server, GamingLight Police RP is pretty much the only thing I have done for the past 7 months. I always follow orders, and if I am told to do something I do it the first time. In every admin sit I am in, I always get both sides of the story and look to the facts before making a final decision. Not only am I great at helping people who play on the server, but I love to help the newer staff members, I give them feedback so that they can become the best that they can be, I try to help them in any way I can. By becoming and Admin I can help the community in new ways and make it fun and safe for everyone. Every day there are people who join just to make other people have a bad experience, and not only do I punish them, but I try to help them, I try to show them that it's a lot more fun playing on the server and roleplaying than it is being disrespectful and harassing other people. I try to help everyone, even people who may not have the best history on the server, I believe in second chances, I was given one and I didn’t take it for granted, everyday I try to improve and be better than I was the day before, always learning and getting better at what I do. I have had the pleasure to work alongside some of the most amazing and hardest working people I have met, those are the ones that go far in the staff team. I have worked very hard to get to where I am now and to achieve my goals and I'm definitely not stopping now, which is I why I believe I should be promoted to admin. Real quick I have a message to the newer staff members and people who want to become staff, never give up, we all have goals in life and if you work toward them to the best of your ability you will achieve them, with enough effort you can do anything. Gaminglight is more than a video game, it’s a community that I am proud to be apart of. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First, I would !jailtp them person to a roof or another secluded area. Then if he kept shooting I would strip his weapons, then I would ask him why he killed all those people and if he kept swearing I would ask him nicely to stop and if he didn’t then I would !gag him. Since he was unwilling to tell me his side of the story I would look to the facts. I would count up all the kills he got and warn him for Mass RDM | NCWS and then I would get a higher up to minge him for 10,000 seconds or ban him depending on the situation.
