I never played a “victim” card; as I had a rational reason to go to admins for my issue which I will not discuss now. I never avoided anyone in teamspeak, this is all completely foreign to me. I spoke with an admin (Jeff I think) and ended the conversation and I walked away from my computer and turned off my teamspeak. Also, These messages you received from me were during an extreme emotional point in which I had just received a Permanent ban. I was filled with extreme fits of anger and sadness and I was trying to speak with others to resolve this. I have taken the time of over a month to re-gather myself and take on new responsibilities that have taught me to handle social situations with vigilance. While it is completely up to the members to + or - support, I will accept your decision as the past it something us humans tend to use as a stamp for others. The way I acted has visibly caused an inconvenience; which I hope can be adequately addressed by myself showing reform. I'm gonna make a list why. 1. You got 43 warnings since October, you've had many chances and plenty of time to change your behavior. 2. You literally got banned from SCP-RP this morning because you were causing issues. 3. After you got banned, you proceeded to send a forum message to the SUPERADMIN that banned you telling him to add you on steam and "Talk to you like a man" 4. After he added you on steam, you proceeded to berate him using foul language. You were basically screaming at him in his team pm's telling him that he false banned you, even after he told you multiple times to appeal it on the forums. The way you were speaking to him, was absolutely unacceptable considering the circumstances. He was being nice to you, and you continued to send him belligerent messages. Considering the fact that this happened this morning, I think the statement that you have "changed" is completely false, and this information lines up with all the other comments on here. I was not causing any problems on SCP-RP, that is COMPLETELY false, My ban was to “calm down, come back when you want to rp” - 6 hours. After I REPEATEDLY had to message him to try and conversate on why he decided to over react and bam me when there I legitimately never caused any issues in game to any person, I simple said, “was I speaking to you” to a class d, and he takes that as me dissing someone. I was on the server about 3 hours before he even came on, talking to scps and d-class making friends, so I don’t know where any of that ban would of came from. You even said “don’t do this in ooc” AND I STOPPED, and proceeded to dm. NUMBER 2 - (OUT OF GAME) I proceeded to steam message you trying to get an answer on WHY AND WHAT PROOF shows that I was “non compliant” and “dissing other players”. BCEAUSE I NEVER DID. He proceeded to keep saying “you think this helps you? It’s only 6 hours, I’ll extend it if you don’t stop” yes I was “cursing” but I’m ANY way shape or form, were you “nice” to me? I 100% don’t see any reason why I recieved the 6 hour ban. In your messages you repeatedly criticized the fact that I was doing my own thing when on the server and even asked why I didn’t hop on foundation staff so you could continue raising. After you were told to take it to pm’s you complained in ooc again with (don’t quote me on this) something along the lines of “I play on this server for 6 hours already and this is what I get.” Also you were being rather disrespectful when referring to the Trial Mod who you said had given you permission to raid despite less than 5 foundation staff on. When I told you what the rule was you flipped out and said don’t quote me on this “I got LIED TO BY A TRIAL MOD” in the pm’s you sent me ingame. You increasingly seemed to be more belligerent while sending me more pm’s ingame. I made the decision to ban you for 6 hours in a misguided belief that you would calm down and come back and be ready to resume rp because at that point you were just messaging me ingame and occasionally talking into ooc. After you were banned you messaged me on the forums and said “ADD ME ON STEAM AND SPEAK TO ME LIKE A MAN.” When I added you, you questioned my age, sanity, judgement, and whether or not I could read correctly. You were extremely insulting and an overall asshole despite me telling you that messaging me that garbage was not going to change anything. Near the end of that exchange I extended your ban to 3 weeks. I will be linking all the screenshots I took so people can make their own judgement on it. I even took the screenshots I had and spoke to my Head Admin to make sure I wasn’t abusing or that I didn’t do anything wrong. In no way did I ask him to -Support your appeal and messaging me on the forums accusing me of targeting you is immature. I hope SMT extends it to perm and denies your appeal here because clearly you haven’t changed despite your claims to the contrary. -Support Incase you weren’t sure. Also just wondering, what contract did I sign when I joined this community that said “you no longer have your 1st amendment” just wondering; because I find it out of the ordinary that I can’t “curse” at an admin in a fucking steam chat. I never New that me pm’ing and admin trying to get AN ACTUAL ANSWER, was a banable offense. But like I said I guess my first amendment goes right out the door when I’m here somehow, didn’t get that memo. ALSO to all the people saying “that’s not cool man” that are members I have NEVER met, I would like to know how you know my story? How you know my persona and emotions; is it by reading steam chats and forum posts? If so, I would like to take the time and maybe talk to some of the people who do know me, or even myself. I WILL ASK ONE SIMPLE REQUEST, MEMBERS AND STAFF OF GL, BEFORE YOU + or - SUPPORT, PLEASE READ THE FULL SITUATION AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING.
