Yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): N/A Why should you be promoted? : know how to take command I can assert authority as an SM I have corrected everything that a lower rank has done wrong I know the map I know the callouts I have a fast response time and can be professional I do NOT disrespect command I know the rules of the server I know the rules of PD I have experience as ARU SWAT State Troopers and Dispatch I will NOT stand for lower ranks disrespecting anyone command most of all. I will train cadets if an SGT+ is on to do it if there is a Cadet and an SGT+ refuses to train him/her I will punish them and bring it to my higher-ups. I will pull my weight and will never slack in my work I will help lower ranks take them on patrols and show them that command cares I will show the citizens that they can count on the PD.
