(150 Word Minimum) I would like to become staff as i play in a timezone where a lot of minges come online and staff usually isn't which sometimes can result into spawn being completely blocked off whilst then leaving the server is the only option as this makes some people verry upset this can be resolved quite easely as i like people to obey the rules and deserve a punishment if they don't, giving them a warn is usually good enough to make them stop but sometimes it takes more such as a minge or kick as i have being staff before on garry's mod i know how it works and how the commands work i could be usefull for the community at these times where there is practically no staff online at all where I'd fill that spot in keeping the server minge free around the clock EU timezone and US timezone i try to act and be mature as much as i can whilst also keeping my calm on stressful/anoying moments as i see staff being under the ratio on their own allot where i would wish to be able to help them as 30 people can sometimes be harsh for some people as i have felt the struggle before and i would like to help other staff members along the journey How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would claim the sit then jailtp them to me I would calmy ask them to lower their voice and or to calm down Then proceed to; if they are still cursing !gag them and Continue Ask them why they started Massrdming and why they cursed while in the meanwhile calling an admin to hand the 10,000 second minge Then check the !plogs for how many people they killed proceeding to then give them the warn MassRDM|NCWS|Disrespecting staff Let the admin+ execute the minge release them from their jail to then proceeding them to a location where they can't anoy other players and then move on to other sits

As i like leading a team the correct way and as SM i never get taken seriously i also see a lot of OFC's online that are doing well and I feel bad not being able to promote them as i train quite a lot of cadets and see some grow tired of never going further then ofc even after a month! 2. i also see lots of mingy snr's that just need more time as a ofc to learn what it takes to be an officer and need to learn the tricks more such as radio usage and 10-codes. 3. As command in 2 departements i know what it takes to do my job to lead a team, and i would like to be command on pd aswel to prove myself even more. 4. currently i'm working(activity atleast on PD) on being on pd as much as i can if the other departements don't need me and that could be benifitial for PD as i would be a command member on at times where none at all are online 5. (longer the better): So as i have already explained il do it again and this time in one official post ; So as i was home with my best friend on my pc with my friend ( at the time prank war with him) after a lot of gaming twitch viewing etc i went to the toilet and left twitch on as he noticed valk was one of my subbed streamers he took the oppertunity to pull a prank on thru that as he went on one of his video's and put in the chat box ; "hey there how are ya" to "i just hacked this twitch account" "and imma steal all of its steam skins mwhahahahah" , So as due that valkyrie punshied me on the community and not on twitch as i explained him what had happened i do think it was unfair Edit* BTW, i forgot to mention and thx comments, Valkyri3 thought the prank was meant for his account thus so perma staff restricting me for that reason was the way to go he thought i explained everything and still proceeded to continue wich at the time i wasn't looking forward to becoming staff wich has channged allot recently with me being on at timezones where barely any staff is on thus allot of mingery happens And yes, i learned from that mistake i no-longer did prank wars ever again and never will neither will i leave my twitch open i'l just open a game .. As this happened a long time aggo and to be honest i think my punishment was to harsh i would like to have my staff restriction appealed to maybe try and become staff and show the server what i can do as i have being staff multiple times before and i would like to see if i'm fit here aswel I think i can prove myself to the server on the timezone i'm at i don't see allot of staff wich could come in handy
