+Support On my side I didn't see the time the sit was up.When I got in the sit I got given the clip and told about LTAP, I checked the logs and saw that badaim had left the server after the events with Chinesman happening (I didn't know the time difference with the 2 things that happened). Although I didn't think of that really being LTAP since badaim left before the sit happened and wasn't sure if he got informed that a sit was going to happen, I was told from a more experienced and higher ranking person that this was LTAP so I believed that even if I wasn't thinking of it being LTAP, Chinesman would've been more right that me on this.The sit went really quick after that point, Pure joined in and told me to warn the player so then he would ban him. I've made a big mistake on doing this and taking it all as my fault. Hoping you get your apeal accepted soon...

(With Screenshot Proof): 2 but their not active Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: Well for the time I have been in the server, I have seen the branch in action many times. It seems very interesting. Its also a different thing to do than usual, as it has much more RP than other branches. By that I can improve my RP experience by a lot more. Although nobody really recommended the branch to me in a one to one conversation, "Join RRH" has been adverted for almost every MTF meeting I have been on, and with that I thought to myself that I could give it a try and see where it takes me. Why should we accept you: Although I have never really joined any of the Special Forces jobs, I have dealt with a lot of different GOI and SCP Scenarios throughout my activity on the past few months. I been really active and have gone throughout the site and the surface's layouts a lot of times and I have known/remembered them pretty well. Im pretty familiar with the ways to recontain SCPs aswell as the routes of CI's ways to raid and capturing SCPs/foundation personal. I have proven to be mature and capable to get in Nu7 command, aswell as a Deputy Head of a sub-branch. That's basically why I believe I should get in RRH.

Scenario questions: Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First I would've checked the logs, So I can have a clear view of whats happening.Then I would've gagged the person and communicated with the them politly and chill.Then I would've ungagged them to hear what they have to say.If they are still insulting me and the other people in the sit.I would have communicated with a higher up for their time getting banned from the server. (ban reason MRDM and Player dissrespect) Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?: I would've communicated with another staff team member for assistance.If we both couldn't handle the sit, the sit must get closed.Would apologize and give them the link to the forums player/staff report section where they can solve the problem easier.After would've spectated the player to see if he is going to do something again. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving?: Usually people do that when something is happening that is not in their liking.Its a very common thing when people are angry or not having their best day.After their punishment the person will be watched closely for some time.If does nothing bad.Back to rp or another sit.
