1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : MC HS VCMDR Flanbro 5443 2. What Regiment are you applying for? : Medical Corps Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? : I have dedicated almost all of my time on ImperialRP to Medical. I love spending time with other members, doing surgery RP, healing troops, placing down shields, you name it. Recently all of our command has resigned except for me, and I believe it's my duty to take on the position of Commander. I want to help the Medical Corps strive and be a better regiment, restored not to its former glory, but even greater than that. I need to make the Medical Corps the Medical Corps. As a commander, I'd have more control over what gets accepted / denied in terms of documents, suggestions, etc. to help MC. As the person who's working on all of our new documents (including the already completed fracture guidelines, AT tryout and SOP documents) I believe I've done the most right now, and I'm going to continue doing the most I can. Medical introduced me to this server. Medical helped me play more on this server. Medical was where I met great friends, had a fun time, and it's what got me here today. I want to pay it back. I've gone through every stage of being a member of MC and met so many people who taught me important lessons. I promise that if I do take on the mantle of Commander, I will put forth these teachings in to my regiment. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? : 813 hours 54 minutes (at the time of writing) 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? : The commander is the highest ranking position in any regiment, with the exception of an overseeing Marshal Commander. Their duties consist of managing officers, approving regiment-wide suggestions or documents, reporting to HIGHCOM, and overall holding their regiment together. A commander is expected to show great leadership and be a role model not just for his/her VCMDRs, but also for every officer, NCO, and enlisted member. When someone looks at a regiment, they're probably not going to look at an officer or an enlisted. They're going to look at the commander. How does the commander act? How competent are they in holding the regiment together? A commander is not just another rank, it's a title worthy of respect, but also requires responsibility. A commander must balance out fun and professionalism in their regiment. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe there are many reasons I should be trusted as a commander. One of which is that I'm a gamemaster, a position requiring tons of trust from the staff team. Currently, I've risen the ranks in GM to become a Gamemaster Tick IV. It took a lot of dedication to get this rank in such a short amount of time (Only around 3 weeks). Secondly, I've made friends with tons of medical over my time spent here, and I believe they all trust me just as much as I hope whoever is reading this does. The same I hope goes for the staff team and with some members of HIGHCOM. I also have no warnings on the server. 7. How often can you be Online? : I have proven that I am one of the most active members on the server, and one of, if not the most active in MC. I can be on at least 8-14 hours a day. I dedicate a lot of time to this server because I love my regiment and I love seeing what we can improve upon. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No active warnings or any warnings ever.

(Can be any length) I've spent a lot of time on this server and would love to help moderate it through becoming staff. I'm very active and as a GM I am able to see sits, sometimes seeing sits remain up for a long time not getting taken just makes me wish I was staff to help take them. I will be fair to anyone in sits and promise to uphold the server and community rules along with making sure everyone is able to have a fun time on the server. It is important our staff maintain professionalism to make our server look better, and I am good at doing exactly that. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I'd give them a verbal warning to stop with the immaturity and disrespect, then if they continued I would !gag them. At the end of the sit I would give them a verbal warning if I had to gag them, unless they are a repeat offender then it would be formal added on to their MRDM warn. Moving on to their MRDM accusation, if I found in logs the accused did indeed MRDM, I would inform them of their warning (MRDM) they were about to receive. Because I cannot ban for 5 days, or at all, I'd have someone who could ban for at least 5 days to ban them for MRDM. I could do this by just asking in admin chat.
