  1. Great idea, glad you brought it to command. Should be really productive to implement this.
  2. Big +Support Moonrose is a very welcoming and professional member of research command. She is very active and is even the same rank as the current Analyst Squad Lead. Would be a mistake to not let her in. -RRH Analyst November 16
  3. +Support- Nanafrost is a constant light in Nu7, he works hard at keeping morale up and ultimately is a big reason why Nu7 feels like a family. He is also a great combatant and his ranks show it. I think he is very well-suited for the engineer position as I've seen him play to support others in almost every aspect of what he does. -RRH Analyst November 16
  4. HUGE +SUPPORT Toasty works his butt off nearly every day of the week for Nu7, he is a very respectable leader, wonderful person, great combatant. Additionally, he is polite, generous, competent, humble, and dedicated. Toasty is 100% fit for the guardian position. -RRH Analyst November 16
  5. -support I’ve noticed a lot of unflattering things from you in CI including one instance where you prop climbed during a mech raid. Additionally, this application is generally not put together well and your combatant ranks are pretty low. -RRH Analyst November 16
  6. There's no way that such a small group of staff know everyone that come into those interviews unfortunately. I don't think you guys have bad judgement, but there's simply no way of telling if they're lying to you. That's why I think an application looked at by the community first could work better.

    End Of Act.

Ngl, this one hurts like a bitch to read. Thank you Jummy, you were a wonderful command member and I hope you know you never went unnoticed by the enlisted. You always carried the test logs and your semi-serious approach to commanding made you seem really approachable (though you are also capable of bringing down the hammer when it comes to it). Thank you, hopefully we see you back in the branch someday
  8. ^ Sparkle said it better than I ever could.

    False ban

-Support It sounds like it was more than a one-off event. If you are black, typed it once without thinking because it’s how you talk and got console banned I would get it, but it sounds like you continued after some verbal warning. I’d just ride out the week ban.
  10. +Support on a rework and I might have an idea how they could be properly transformed. I think the way this could be performed is by having everyone go through application AND interview. This would provide time for the community to give their opinions on someone wishing to be staff and time for SMT to personally meet their staff-member-to-be's. Applicants would first have to be approved on the forums for an interview and then staff interviews could either be hosted on Rookieblue's scheduling or they could be bi-weekly or something like that. Of course, not everyone is perfect at applications, however in this system the application would show the amount of work they're willing to put in and the response from the community regarding the applicants behavior.
  11. I think the concept of breaching is by its very nature volatile. The foundation have locked these people and these SCPs up for a reason, that reason being they're extremely dangerous. In RP these dclass have no idea who you are, they see you with guns but a lot of them are also incarcerated murderers, trusting their own instincts on how to escape. If CI are gonna cause trouble for the foundation, they have to realize they themselves are not immortal and they too have to suffer the consequences until they're out of the facility.
  12. +Support Couldn't handle the demotion, instead of dealing with it himself goes after a player that caught him doing lackluster staffing. The only thing Savagery did was catch him, never once was Jackcat forced to break the staff handbook. Highly inappropriate and I think this should warrant at the very least a staff blacklist if he's not already on one. Disappointing behavior to see from someone I used to work beside.
  13. +Support No reason to not other than if it were too hard to code (don’t think it would be). It’d reduce staff headache of trying to figure out the cool down of something harder to log and if a sit were made about it in the future we could simply say “he physically couldn’t break that cooldown”
  14. +Support If added, it’s harmless, if it can’t be added, oh well.
  15. While I agree with you, I think it’s fair to go to the forums instead of HCMD with something for the MOTD, especially since HCMD of all branches do have a lot on their plates already.
  16. I like the idea of buffing these SCPs, don’t get me wrong, but I’d rather not add more random chance into gameplay. Losing to someone who is just rolling better feels bad enough when it’s something like cyanide, if 3 MTF can see 173 I see no reason lore or balance wise why it shouldn’t be able to be returned. I think the best thing that could happen for 173 is to move its containment out of the dreaded dblock intersection, maybe over to by the LCZ bathrooms? I’d rather make 049 more of a threat rather than make him harder to recontain when he’s alone. For example, letting him infect every 30 seconds instead of 45 so he can amass his army quicker. Also maybe making his zombies a slight bit stronger. Overall, this one I have little issue in, just wanting to see if maybe this would be preferable.
  17. I think 106 needs reworking, however I don’t like the idea of no cool down/ only dclass. 106 is not very fun to play against for anyone. When he’s breached everyone just has to run until MTF can femur. Most 106’s abuse this fact to dance around LCZ and capture any/all MTF carrying dclass or heading to dblock, seeing as 106 has no other objective than to kill/stay out of containment due to being unable to go to surface. Therefore, I think there needs to be some sort of counter play to 106 than to femur. I think the healthiest change for 106 would be a cool down on his wall teleport OR an amount of time that he has to be by a wall before going through it (ex: 106 must stand by a wall/door for 3 seconds before he can tp through it. This would stop 106 from catching up to fleeing personnel all too easily and lore wise it’d make sense that it takes him a second or two to corrode through. I think the other balance change that could be made is making the femur cool down 5 minutes instead. 10 minutes is a very rough amount of time for foundation personnel to deal with 106 running free with, again, no counter play than run. Maybe to compensate for these things 106’s sending portion of his swep can go from 15 second cool down to 10 seconds
  18. Huge +support I swear I might as well close my eyes when I fight against the honey badger.
  19. +Support but I think it’d need to operate like 939’s interaction with cloaked units in the way that cloaked units wouldn’t have to uncloak if enemy forces were near, however 682 could kill them once he acquires thermals.
  20. Well if that’s what it was today, I totally get that and if this is going to cause further issue with your activity I’d recommend getting an LOA in ASAP. However, what about the other times this has occurred? Overall, this isn’t one off behavior so +Support.
  21. Look man, I’m sorry if you’re honestly going through that and I wish you and your family the best but if that is the case, you should’ve taken an LOA/ROA on staff because otherwise you are expected to uphold your duties as a staff member. I’m sorry, but unless you take the proper steps to notify SMT/JMT/other staff, you’re on the clock when you’re on the server.
  22. -Support Honestly Cloaker, lost a little respect for you on this one. You couldn’t fearrp or interrogate him so you would’ve just killed him. He saved you the time, the effort, and the health. So what if he doesn’t want to deal with yet another death at your hands? Like cmon man, dude was up late at night, probably just trying to help whatever researchers were on. You get no “RP” out of killing him in any other way. Maybe next time he’ll just not shoot at you and let you kill him. Same result either way, RIS units aren’t made to combat you, they are a support role for researchers that are not capable of getting mtf or gensec escorts. Light was likely trying to contribute to his branch’s enjoyment of the game, not to your kill fantasy.
  23. Thanks for everything Stepanyan, I hope to see you around often though I understand that given the circumstances that may be rough. You've been a wonderful member of the research team and you were always a cool guy. Take care. o7
