Whereas most people would just leave it or not bothering to reapply, you put in the work and pulled a COMPLETE 180. I absolutely LOVE the fact that you mentioned you would try harder if this one gets denied, that sort of dedication and determination are amazing characteristics to carry. I would reapply and use better grammar as well as think through your responses a bit more. Also, your reasoning for joining RRH doesn't align with the Analyst Squad. If you want to guard, apply for the Engineer or Guardian Squad.

+Support Very nice test logs, love the format LR in research which is a + I've played along side him a few times and overall, I like his character The only issue I have are a couple grammatical things here and there but those aren't a concern when compared with his test logs.

-Support The only reason I'm giving this a minus support is because I'd like to see a little bit more effort in your application. If what your peers say hold true, I think you would make a great Guardian. However, your "Why do you want to join the O5 staff team" response was not well thought out at all and the application is a bit messy. I would edit it and make it neat, completely redo the said question above, and work on that last one.

I'm sure that warn doesn't mean much now since you made it all the way to LR so obviously there's been improvement. Improve some more, get some test logs down with some good formatting, and I'm sure you'll be qualified in no time.
