I feel this would need to be tweaked so that it would mesh well and I'm sure major input would be needed from each branch and admins to make this satisfactory for everyone. However I feel it is a really good suggestion and I do feel 106 can get stale very easily +Support

It might be different if we were discussing changing the life ranks in which branches count as a life but 3 lifes I feel would be too much

I will only speak on behalf of Maintenance as that is the branch and I only have experience with MFE. I feel MFE is vital in the sites recontaining. There are multiple instances where having a combative Maintenance that spawns in EZ to be able to fix lights and stop 079 that is extremely useful. I'm not sure that exact rules but I know that more often than not people don't stay on Field Expert to do maintenance work. Normally it is used for a while then people go back to other tasks on different Nu-7 jobs. IF this class is removed I feel it would cause a problem in which if LCZ is locked down with SCP's or lockdown is active then it would take forever to reach lockdown. i feel this requires a Maintenance class of some sort to spawn in EZ. which I wouldn't be opposed but MFE fills that roll nicely right now. I feel that most (not all) MTF give us a chance to fix it. -support

The main point I'm bringing up here is that just wait the 3 min next time. Don't bring them. Plus I don't believe you can even assist on 079 rolls so it was invalid anyway

This issue was too big to be ignored and it wasn't even related to the SCP it was just overall awareness. I'm hoping this was just a lapse in judgement and that it won't happen again. Perhaps just a verbal or a warning unless this is a common issue. It is not my place to say Note: I will be using admins as a general term for staff. This does not mean all admins mentioned are the rank of Admin. Any extra information: This occurred on my first playthrough of my time on 079 and in this time I ran into two admins who were both not very knowledgeable about SCP 079. Perhaps this needs to be brought up that quick isn't always good. I would much rather have an admin open up the MOTD mid sit to confirm rather than them sticking with a blind statement. I hate making these posts criticizing our staff who essentially fill a vital roll for the server but I feel if I don't then these issues will never be addressed. I believe I could become maintenance command because I want to once again take up the mantle and try to bring more people into Maintenance again. Its my favorite branch by a long shot and I love fixing things and doing RP. But if RDMing was occurring outside of bunks it really depends on server activity at the moment and the intensity of the RDMing For example if like literally no one was on I'm talking 3 people not afking I wouldn't really mind it as they're having fun, not hurting anyone, and upping the player count by being active but if there was active RP going on in the Server I would immediately ask them to stop 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? Sit down, have a talk with the JM and ask them to reread over the SOP. If it continues depending on the severity of the rules being broken I would range the punishment from a singular strike which would end up in a demotion or a removal and a DNT being placed if it got bad enough. I don't really care for Blacklists but I would do it if necessary

+Support Shin is a great maintenance and quite active. From what I’ve seen they are a good command in Epsilon-11 and are fair in their judgement. Application is extremely detailed and have great answers.
