  2. The items were paid for and unless I’m mistaken it didn’t mention anything about taking them away before. The server is semi serious with little rp anyway outside of research. In my eyes this is taking away donator items with a new system and then now saying they aren’t allowed. And if you seriously have a issue with it breaking immersion I’d say we take a look at a few other things that are more impactful to rp then the emote and vape sweps. In my opinion these should be allowed as there really isn’t a reason not too. The biggest downside would be that instead of just taking away all the sweps which I imagine is easier and why they went with it they would have to deselect or enable some items, if you want people to stay on these safe class scp’s you have to give them a little bit of freedom. They are some of the most boring jobs on the server. (At least let me dance with the fish and god, cmon) Big ol +Support

Personal opinions here Strongly against, big no no: 2191 is already strong enough with a healing and cloaking mechanic. 076 is fast and speedy, too big of an HP buff in my opinion 049-2 this can quickly get out of hand with a zombie army. Plausible but some adjustments might be needed 682: 200 health on kill and 9k hp is a bit much. I like the 50 armour idea I just worry about off hours and them becoming unkillable. Maybe an armour cap. 939: Me likey, but maybe 4.5. Thems quick boys so not too much 098: These little shits are small and fast. you will not like a 1.3k thing being launched at you. Ditch the armour and maybe switch to 950hp. though preferred would be 800-850 5208: Strength in numbers is no joke. Maybe 500-150. Me like 354: Insanely big target, one firing line can shred them. Wouldn't mind seeing even more of an HP buff

  7. MTF and Maintenance need time to prep in order to stall or halt breaches. Typically in a supposed lore standpoint this would be done routinely by a group of MTF or Maintenance depending on the SCP. Instead however due to the game having SCP's consistently going on and off site we instead use the advert system in order to alert the respective personnel in order to prevent a breach. Especially in the case of feeding SCPs, wrangling a dclass and taking them all the way to HCZ can take a while. And if we get an advert only a small time before they break out that could mean that it would be near impossible to prevent a breach. Which in the case of MTF/Dclass/SCP players is great. but when the facility goes into mayhem and chaos it prevents RP centered branches from doing their whole thing. Which is testing, maintaining cells, doing surgeries. Big -Support

  9. I would be +/- Support on this. However I think there is one big thing I could agree on allowing to happen. If there was a rule implemented that allowed 8286 to be in dblock however was not allowed to take the life of anyone while inside I think this could lead to some very interesting scenarios such as escorting a researcher and taking their identity once alone.
  10. -Support My biggest problem with this suggestion is this: This introduces a rank above O5 Council and RRH who only respond to the O5 and VIP's. This in turn will create alot of infighting between the two branches due too 2 absolute powers. Unless I'm wrong as well the O5 council holds power over ethics. In RP on the server O5 hold the most RP power as well as I am concerned, unless they were abusing power or breaking rules Ethics wouldn't intervene except on occasions such as events. Another thing is this simply would add a bunch of jobs people would never play on due to the low number of Ethics active. As of this moment there are only 2 active ethics member online and they typically don't hop on too often. Currently there would be 13 possible targets for RRH VIP's excluding the 9 Analysts which would bring the total up to 22. If you introduced the LLH this would knock the total targets down to 2. You can argue that the Evaluators can be targets but Ethics wouldn't conduct research of their own so only one would be needed, also the level 6 clearance should only be granted when acting on bequest of a Ethics. And I doubt SMT wish to be bugged with requests to flag up on LLH. RRH can simply have the same effect as LLH by simply doing something as simple as a name change if the Ethics you are guarding approves it. (Also as for the Sheriff unit. You wish to have a handpicked person, from a handpicked position, from a application based job? USI will be able to fine people 500-1000 dollars depending on which safety hazard they violated, they can only do this with NCO+ and the NCO or command member can roll off to hide said safety hazard so they don't get fined.   18. Assistant Head of Maintenance and Engineering here: I would rather not go into the containment cell of a highly volatile and dangerous creature/object that could kill me if I step wrong. In addition most of the self breaching processes occur upon malfunctions/rusting/damage. This in turn would nullify the need to go inside of a containment chamber, as for any long term damage we typically go into cells when SCP's are off site and repair any long term damage that may occur. As for the confusion, most if not all self breaching process rules have the term of "Maintenance can stop self breach" In some sort of capacity. Note: In addition this would add more confusion in my opinion as there are possibilities for the SCP's to murder said maintenance personnel or in 096's case they would be aggro'd when a person walks in. Examples: SCP-096's self breaching process can be stopped by Maintenance successfully fixing the door malfunction. SCP-610's self breaching process can be stopped by maintenance staff checking/repairing the containment cell structure. SCP-106's self breaching process can be stopped by SCP-106’s base being replaced by a Containment Specialist or Maintenance Professional. SCP-098's self breaching process can be stopped by its cell being cleaned by a Maintenance Personnel. -Support
