This community is very important to me, and I feel being in a higher position can really help push the values I have to all lower rankings. and I have been a VCMDR of shock already and I have learned from my mistakes and I'm ready to try again and to do my hardest not to fail my battalion. if I can take on this role things will really change more people more Officer and more nco everything I will use everything I can to make this beautiful battalion bloom again. I want to help Shock's reputation especially because I believe it can be better and that other battalions can look up to us. and i also wanna make sure officers and NCOs are doing at least 5 tryouts a day or more. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 6 weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The duties of a VCMDR are to ensure that their battalion is striving to become better than they are now. The VCMDR should have good relationships with everyone within there battalions such as the Officers, NCO's, AND Enlisted. purpose for a Commander is to keep a battalion active. The main purpose of the Vice Commander for shock is to train Officers to help NCOs and Enlisted while also helping them themselves. They also take care of the bigger operations such as sub-branches and with the communication of other branches. They are also there for anyone who needs guidance especially officers who need help performing tasks or more. They should be a role-model and somebody they can look up to. They should also make sure that the members of their battalion are having fun and enjoying Gaming light. Give promotions to those who are needing it, Be a role model for the enlisted/NCO/Officers to follow. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have already been a VCMDR before for shock and i have learned my mistakes and I'm ready to try again and make a good effort to better the battalion. I have been part of the Gaming light Community for a long time now and Shock around 5 months. and I'm also a trustworthy person. I am serious and dedicated to shock and I want to better shock I wanna make it better than ever I wanna make Shock pop off. 7. How often can you be Online? : everyday for 4-5 hours, except for the weekends i can be on for 12 hours a day on the weekends 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : One was for RDM January 4 I was new to the server and I did not know that u had to warn people. another one was for RDM which i regret doing TBH it was an Medical and i was on my IQ job and i Accidental killed him when he was in my way.
