  1. +Support As the Overseer of Scout Snipers, I am disappointed that despite always being told communication is key that a change was made without consulting any of IC command, especially the overseer of the Sub-Branch. This Sub-Branch is already overshadowed by Demolitions as they have always been more appealing due to their explosive access and RP opportunities and this change has further made people stray from Scout Snipers and leave it and IC as a whole. We want to keep both Sub-Branches balanced in terms of numbers and have equal opportunities but this decision has made our goal more unlikely now. -Sev
  2. Nothing against you personally Kio but when people disagree with you in anyway, or do something you disagree with, you respond in an emotional and sometimes hostile way which I believe the next SA should not do.
  3. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name): IC CSLD MAJ 0037 Reaper 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Imperial Commando 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? The reason I would like the position of Vice commander is because of the fondness I have for the Battalion and the people within it. My whole experience within IC from March of this year to now has been nothing but good memories and the comradeship in IC is amazing, I would like to pass my experience and knowledge down the people who will potentially be under me and help them as much as I possibly can. I would like to focus even more on IC with this position and give it all I have to make the experience better for current and future members. I have been apart of the community for almost 3 years now and would like to take my first steps into a vice commander role. I want to offer my assistance to any and all enlisted and NCOs to be the best Commandos they can be so they can to move up the ranks and be successful. My main goal for IC is to see imperial commando members enjoying their time in the branch and for them to have nothing but good words to say about the Battalion, I would also like the opportunity to oversee Crimson squad as I am currently the squad lead of this squad, The secondary goal of mine is to see squads function and be independent enough to not always rely on someone else so they can operate on their own. The position of Sev would also allow me to test my self in a higher command position which I want to lead to more self improvement which would be beneficial for Crimson and IC overall. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? My current battlemetrics state that I have 4,316 hours on ImperialRP over an almost 3 year period. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Vice Commander is to keep the Branch active and entertained, It is our job to provide and incentive to hop on and spend time with IC to help IC Grow and flourish. Vice commanders are meant to help officers with their leading abilities and give them advice and help them come up with solutions and also help introduce new Ideas they may have for the branch. As a special forces group we have expectations to uphold and exceed and it is the vice commanders job to make sure those expectations are met and all rules and protocols are followed. Making sure your troopers are not acting out of line and being professional at all times, unprofessional behaviour is a very big deterrent for new players and stops them from considering IC as a life and can hinder the growth of the Battalion. Battalion engagement and entertainment in my opinion is the key to keeping a branch healthy and active, this is why I would like to do more SIMs and missions with IC and reward them for their activity and contribution to the Battalion. I would like IC to be a welcoming brotherhood of players for everyone to enjoy so they can experience what gaminglight has to offer. Vice Commanders are supposed to help those who are struggling and help the individual grow so then those who work hard and show dedication can also move up and maybe be a future Battalion Vice Commander/Commander. Lastly commanders are branch representatives and reflect the battalion as a whole. Vice Commanders should be approachable, friendly and easy to communicate with whilst keeping Chain of command in mind. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander?: I believe I should be trusted for this position because as stated above, I believe I can make the next step up in command and be the role model that IC should have. I also believe I am fit for this role due to my past experience in command/leading positions. I have been in various Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and Major positions along with being former ARC captain, current IC Maj and Squad lead for Crimson squad along with many Military Police positions on other servers including ImperialRP so I understand the difference between having fun and being mingy and knowing when to flip the switch and be serious when the situation calls for it. I consider myself a relaxed person who people can come to with their problems and concerns and come up with a solutions to said issues, like I said above being approachable and friendly is key in being a good vice commander. Mutual respect for your peers and subordinates is an important thing to have whilst interacting with your own and other battalions, I show all the people I interact with on the server with the respect they deserve and hopefully that shows. If I make an honest mistake I always own up to them and try my best to improve on that mistake so it doesn't happen again. My battlemetrics show that I can be trusted with position and can remain active for the duration of my time in this position. 7. How often can you be Online?: I can be active every day for 4 hours minimum and 9 hours maximum. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?): I currently have 1 warning for ARDM x1. Thank you for taking the time to read my application, hope you enjoyed [Sorry for any spelling or grammar errors] :}

How much time do you have on the server? Currently I have 3,656:00 hours on the server with 21 Weeks of playtime Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I should be trusted with this positions because of my ability to be as active as possible and my ability to have fun but also keep a level of professionalism at the same time, I am definitely one of or even the most active Shock In the battalion I will do my best to improve my activity and keep my activity up. I believe it is the job of an officer to keep a good balance of both of these things to keep shock fresh and fun for everyone involved. If I get this position I will keep a a good level of maturity and respectfulness amongst the Shock and attempt to make Shock a welcoming place for new and old players to enjoy. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? I should be trusted with the position because of all my past officer and NCO experiences, I have been an ARC Captain within the 501st,Shock Captain, a Gunnery Officer within Naval and a Death trooper 1st Lieutenant along with being an Inferno squad CSM and EJTAL and a Purge Major. Officers should be approachable and easy to talk too and I be able to talk with the people under them to implement new and exciting ideas within Shock. I am able to correct any mistakes I may make so I can be the best possible Officer I can be and set a better example for Enlisted and NCOs. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? can keep the environment fun but also professional at the same time, I believe Officers should be able to keep the enlisted and NCOs engaged and wanting to help grow the battalion with as many tryouts and SIMs as possible. I have seen a superiority complex within the shock officer corp and I aim to cut that out from the officer corp, Officers shouldn't look down on the people he leads, they should be looking to improve them. How active can you be? Everyday, 4 hours minimum.

  6. In-game name: DT SPC RK4 Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:580791877 Rank: SPC How long have you been in your current Rank: As of posting I have been a SPC for a day. What Experience in leadership do you have?: My past experience in Leadership has been as a 501st ARC Captain, Purge Captain, naval Gunnery Officer and an Inferno Squad CSM. Why do you want to be a Non- commissioned Officer?: I want to be an NCO because of my past as an officer within 501st and Purge, I like to learn about my new position and try to make myself and others around me better were I can, I would like to see DT flourish and be efficient with out Officers needing to be online. As an NCO I want to host more tryouts daily to help expand DT and its members. As a member of DT there is little to no room for error so with this position I will do my best to listen to enlisted and make sure they make as little of mistakes as I possibly could. Another reason I want to become an NCO is to simply improve my leadership and maybe other areas I may be lacking in and I feel DT is the best place to learn quickly. As an NCO I believe you should be approachable to anyone that needs to talk and that is what I am. What makes you stand out amongst the others?: I do not believe I am better than anyone but I do have the ability to learn quickly and then pass my knowledge on to the other enlisted when I can. Like I said above, being an approachable and easy person to talk to should be a key attribute any decent or good NCO or even officer for that matter should have. I am understanding and able to communicate with the officers and enlisted to pass on any Ideas they may have. As an enlisted I have tried to take up some leadership and try to organise the other enlisted when we are with our VIP or Guarding. I think the one thing that makes be stand out a lot is my activity, I have been on everyday since joining and can be active everyday and have the potential to be the most active DT online from day to day. Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position? Yes, I understand.
  7. zWhat is your In-game name?: - 501st JTO 1SG Trace 1432 What is your SteamID?: -Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:580791877 What is your current Rank?: -1SG How much time do you currently have on server?: - I currently have 12 weeks of play time as of posting. How long have you been in the 501st?: -I have been in the 501st since 5/28/21 What do you bring to the table as a 501st?: - As a 501st, I bring Maturity in situations that require it and Activity. For an officer to be successful they need both of these things to prove they deserve the position, I do many tryouts everyday and more SIMS and trainings in the future. I am an easy person to talk to and get along with making it easier for other enlisted and NCOs to talk to me about any suggestions or potential training or SIM ideas they want to implement. I also bring my leadership skills that I have from being a past Officer in 501st, Purge officer and Gunnery Officer. I also bring my loyalty and enthusiasm which every officer and NCO needs. Why do you want to become an officer?: - I have many reasons I want to join the officer team, I want to improve in as many areas that I can, the first being leadership, with my past experience of being an officer I have quite a bit of experience doing so but there is always room to improve on that which is what I wish to do. I also believe the officer should be the ones setting an example for the rest of the battalion. I also want to be able to give promotions to those I believe cold be good additions to the future NCO and Officer team which will keep the structure of the 501st strong in the future. What is the purpose/Duty of an officer?: -The purpose of an officer is the lead by example and set a good standard of behaviour amongst the rest of the 501st. The duties of an officer is to assist and act as a guide the NCOs and give them the push they need and enforcing rules set out by command and giving out the necessary punishments when needed. An Officer should be able to bring out the best in people to help them show their full potential to others further giving them the opportunity to move up the ranks themselves. An officer should be able to answer any type of question given to them and give their honest feedback and responses to help that person grow as an individual or help the battalion grow all together.
