  1. Sad to see you go, you were my first kills for thrawn. Hope to see you again soon.
  2. Shiet man I didn't know you was gonna resign, this hit harder than the IED under a BMP. I'm gonna miss ya man, see ya around hopefully. : ( - Ivan
  3. ACCEPTED Congrats on the promotion! Contact any MAJ+ for your training. See ya soon!
  4. Good luck my guy, hope to see you up here with us
  5. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Ivan 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Storm Trooper Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? It's pretty much the same as my VCMDR application before, I want to see ST's grow and at the same time the server. And as I stated before, I wish to see this server flourish but since school is starting up. I wish for conduct to be boosted in the ST corps all together (Sims, missions, and during events). One must send the options before crossing it, no? Disregarding that, I would like to have people to grow in ST's and explore the server. Not just stuck in one spot, like, not knowing what to do. So then they resort to either, minging or leaving the server. Which is what I've noticed by a lot. So, I would like to change that and help activity in this server and ST's. I wanna be that standing model for people in ST's and not just be "that guy who didn't do anything to help us.". So, I'd like to be "That guy who helped" instead of being some what of lazy. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Four weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To be an example for everybody who comes in and goes out. One must stand above as a stature figure, an example if you must. For those who stand aside or below. I want to be an example for them so they don't just act off like a bunch of rocks with one brain cell and do something that is stereotypical for ST's to do. I want to change that view and help raise up the "block" upon standing so that way we can actually "flutter" with our "wings" and expand in numbers and try to get back to those "Glory day's" of the Storm Trooper corps. Also, GET YALLS ACTIVITY UP, LIKE CMON MAN AAAA- 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Well, as I said before I'd like to see ST's blossom. It did, and it stopped. I'd like to make it a permanent effect and not just a temporary one. If I got to do more things just for it to happen. I will make it happen. Disregarding what has happened in the past. Whether it will hurt or not, that is but of a minuscule for a problem of me. As before, I'd like to take on all the challenges and complete them. For that is something that I love to complete (I love work ngl.) Plus, I'd like to enlist more ST's/NCO's. 7. How often can you be Online? : Everyday lol. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : None, still. Side note from Ivan, GIVE ME ALL YOUR FEEDBACK, ALL OF IT, POSITIVE, NEGATIVE. ALL OF IT. Thank u's. - Ivan
  6. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : ST JTL MAJ Ivan 4234 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Storm Trooper Vice Commander 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Well, for one. I've been with Storm Troopers since I joined this server and I'd like to see it grow even more. I'd like to be able to help more and more with the responsibilities that come with this rank and the high expectations. Considering Mel and other Officers are literally holding the weight of this regiment on their shoulders I'd like to take a piece of that and help. The experience I have is a little better than when I first became an officer for ST's. When I get on each day, I see people coming and the same people going the next day. I'd like to change that to a point where people WANT to stay. And feel more welcomed instead of just the normal "Welcome to ST's, here is gun, go fight for some dude you don't even know and don't have fun." I don't want that feeling to "take over" if you know what I mean. I wish for ST's to have fun but at the same time take some type of serious action in this battalion. Better holding its status as the back bone of the server. (No offense to other regiments.) 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 3 weeks and 5 days. (600 hours) 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To assist and conduct their regiment to be the best of the best at the same time representing them all as one. They act as figures to other people on the server and in their own regiment. They lead, they provide and they assist. They are there to provide for Officers, NCO's and troopers that are in need and other regiments and people. They are also there to be mentors, guardians and shields. Commanders are there to stand above the lower rankings as mentors, figures and guardians to their battalions and others. They must disregard such things that can hurt the battalion and the people in it. Commanders sometimes can stand in as shields to protect an ST and each other in times of need. Which is something that is constantly needed. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : For starting it off, I'd like to see this regiment blossom. In many ways, to be fair. When I first joined Storm Troopers I saw them as an amazing force that can never be stopped. That view slowly stopped so now I wish to bring that view back. But better than ever and more clear. I like working for this regiment and I like working. So I'd like to take on challenges that are more heavier for this regiment and assist with what ever is thrown at others and me. 7. How often can you be Online? : Everyday. 8-12 hours mostly. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : No, none. Edits: I have this because like half the text I put in some of the sectors are missing and I did not check. Thank you! Another Edit: PLEASE BE HONEST, I WANT YOUR 100% OPINION, NOT HALF ASSED ONES. (If you're reading this, thank you for reading it. Have a good one :D)
  7. Damn, we're gonna miss you. Hope you have a good journey of wherever you're gonna go now. Stay safe out there. Thank you for being such a good person to me and other people. Farewell.
  8. Aw man, sucks to see you go. Thanks for showing me around when I first joined bro. Thanks for being there through to the end.
  9. ++Support Ivan here, I give my support for Gravy to become a 2nd Lieutenant. Here is why, 1, His activity is really good on scouts, plus. He's on most of the time I'm on and that's like 18 hours a day lol. 2, He is working well with other scout's on the sub battalion getting more people and leading it on a good path. 3, Nice guy in General, he's a community type of guy to interact. And he's able to turn some type of low morale type of mood around into some thing good. 4, Nice aim my guy. Also hard working.
  10. ++Support Ivan here, Darby's got my support here is why, 1, He's active, fun and can think out of the box in most situations 2, He helps me a lot during events and shows me how to do most things 3, He's a good guy, able to do things and really show's potential. Plus, he's kinda like a people's person. I think he'd be nice candidate. He's got support. Nothing bad from I, have a good one and good luck!
  11. ++Support Ivan here, I just wanted to say, this dude has like all the potential to become an officer. Here are my reasons why, 1, His activity. It's amazing. Every time I'm on, I see him on. Not to mention the tryouts he hosts, most of them get people, which keeps others activity up. He's creating a chain of activity which is quite good for us. 2, He's respectful, he knows how to talk to people. How to find his way around with people and uses common sense (which is for some reason uncommon around here). Not to mention, he leaded ST's when he was PFC. ST, PFC. To be more precise. The only damn thing I did as a PFC was start a revolution with 19 ST's yet this man lead how many and actually did something. 3, He knows when it's time to play around, and when it's not. He can actually evaluate when its time to stop, and time to continue. When its time to stop playin around. He pushes through, which is a good quality for an officer. Determination is important, and he damn well got this. 4, He's enjoyable to have around, he has a brain. And he actually uses it. That's all from me, sorry its such a crappy description for such a chad. But there are so many things I can list, but I do not wish to list them all. Good luck grim.
  12. +Support Ivan here. This will be my judgement, 1, He's very active and knows out to manage his time wisely considering most of the things he heaves upon his shoulders now as an RT and ST. 2, He's straight forward, funny and knows when its time to joke and when its time to stop. From that view he's very capable in my eyes. Not mention he is very respectful. 3, Considering his leadership I can vouch for most of the battles he's conducted ST's in. He's very good at following orders, executing them and he always finds the best way of executing them. 4, Under circumstances of enlisted minges, he can control new ST's and is able to put them on the right path with ease. If one fails to comply with terms he explains why how and when. If one still fails to comply (minges) he takes marvelous action upon current setting bringing swift punishment. From my judgement, very good application, very good person. I say, positive out reaches will come from you and to you. Manuia laʻu uo.
