  1. 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Corn 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Ever since day one of joining the server I have doing nothing more but shock. Ever since joining I wanted to help shock because at the time I saw a lot of inactivity and some issues that I could see but knowing I was just a PVT at the time I couldn't do much about it. So I climbed the rank faster than most people ever have in 3 months I reached the rank of major. Originally my last post wasn't all serious due to I was comfortable with my position and other people more deserving of the role we're trying so I honestly didn't try so they could do that job. However, with recent events and me currently writing all this while in the middle of NTC(a military event where u spend a month out in the desert fighting opfor) its sparked my original inspiration of wanting to help Shock out. Shock has always been my favorite battalion no matter what server and I would like the opportunity to fully help shock come back from recent events 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 5 weeks but I've been on the server for 5 months now 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of a Commander is to maintain or improve the well-being of a battalion and the people below him. This can be done by encouraging activity, Rewarding those who excel, and also implementing changes to the battalion that allows the troopers in the battalion to have more fun and to make sure his troops have high morale and are being taken care of. A commander must also be a team leader and work together with their officers and to stay updated on the battalion and improvements that could be made. A commander must be kind, approachable, understanding, and knowledgeable. These traits help a commander go a long way in handling problems either with the battalion or outside relations with other battalions, and to also be respected and trusted with the future of the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Originally I was going to go for the "I'm going to let the people speak for me as to why I should become a vice commander" but instead I'm going to let it be that and my reasonings why I should become a vice commander of shock. I've been nothing but loyal to shock, stood by the people above me and below me, I don't try to appease everyone I don't what is right for shock even if it goes against high command, I listen to my shock I bond with everyone, I've maybe only had one person that doesn't like me and its because he was removed from shock. I love my shock and I hate seeing it crumble while I'm gone because all I can do is give words of encouragement and it kills me, it hurt to see subway and dead be removed because they were competent leaders who just messed up but got removed. Honestly even by their accounts even though I'm a goofball I'm a competent leader and most look at me as a leader even if I'm not a commander, I've honestly had more people come up to me than I've seen others going to the commanders for questions I wouldn't know but the commanders will which says a lot. Even with all these things listed, there's probably more but I encourage all that read this to put their reasoning as to why I should be given this responsibility. 7. How often can you be Online? : If the army Doesn't call me, I'm on usually. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : None that I am currently tracking.
  2. Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Corn 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Since day one of me being on the server; I've been a part of shock and I've been on almost every day since then even when no one but myself is on Shock. I've had multiple days where I've had to be in charge of shock even when I was a lance corporal. People outside of shock have noticed this and the leadership skills I present when they are needed. I've been well known for usually being on around the afternoon in EST times. My time in shock has been fun even when I'm standing at BCP or brig with my thumb up my ass and I would love to keep it going especially with the people inside of it. Throughout my time in shock I've not only helped bring shock back to life, Bring STF into existence but also help change STF into CCO and still active. My time in Shock has been very enjoyable and I'd to take the next big step and become part of the High command of Shock and help it from a better position. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Almost 2 weeks however I've been around since may. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A commander is to maintain a regiment in both in-game and documents. The commander or vice commander is also in-charge of making sure their regiment is running smoothly and any internal problems that the people below cant deal with. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Becoming a Vice Commander here is no different than my time commanding units in Arma 3. Ever since mid-2016 I've been a part of around 5 long-lasting milsim units within Arma and in 4/5 of those units I was in an officer position with those being in command of those elements. Another thing is that I truly am invested in this battalion even with not only my job, attempting to get back into FiveM, but also having a life outside of all these I do wanna put time into this battalion and make it better. Through my time in shock I've made sure everyone feels welcomed at least from me and try to make sure they have a good time. Hell if that doesn't show it I've been here less than majority of the people in shock and I've reached the rank of Major in maybe 3 months, I know for some that isn't as impressive but it shows the dedication I've put into the battalion that I've gotten this far. 7. How often can you be Online? : If work doesn't keep me then I'm usually on For about 3 hours minimum 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : Negative (note: from the 23rd to somewhere in late September I will be in California at NTC for my rotation to Korea in next year so I promise if I get accepted I'm not deserting I swear I just not anywhere near my computer or probably Civilization lol)
  3. What is your in-game name? Corn What is your current rank? Sergeant First Class How much time do you have on the server? 2 days even though I've been on almost everyday since may 16th. Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? Since day one of me being on the server; I've been a part of shock and I've been on almost every day since then even when no one but myself is on Shock. I've had multiple days where I've had to be in charge of shock even when I was a lance corporal. People outside of shock have noticed this and the leadership skills I present when they are needed. I've been well known for usually being on around the afternoon in EST times. My time in shock has been fun even when I'm standing at BCP or brig with my thumb up my ass and I would love to keep it going especially with the people inside of it. However, I've noticed a lot is not going well with the battalion as a whole, and when I hear these discussions between our leadership I feel the urge to try and help but I can't really do a whole lot because of where I stand other than give suggestions which usually fall on deaf ears. Even At the rank of 2Lt, I feel like I could attempt to make Shock more interesting Because even I'll admit shock is a boring job when no event is going on and that's ok. but I feel like reforms of our duties need to happen and make shock more involved within the rest of the ship in order to make shock more appealing to those who might wanna join shock but don't want to sit at some boring checkpoint just doing nothing. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? Being an officer here is no different than my time commanding units in Arma 3. Ever since mid-2016 I've been a part of around 5 long-lasting milsim units within Arma and in 4/5 of those units I was in an officer position. Another thing is that I truly am invested in this battalion even with not only my job, being a main staff member for a Fivem community, but also having a life outside of all these I do wanna put time into this battalion and make it better, It worries me when one of the admirals pulls me aside and asks me how the battalion is doing because he notices I'm one of the most active in the battalion as a whole. Hell if that doesn't show it I've been here less than a month and have reached the rank of SFC, I know for some that isn't as impressive but it shows the dedication I've put into the battalion that I've gotten this far. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? Using useful information into how the actual military does things and incorporate them into our battalion without removing all the fun for the people down below. Another thing I could add is someone who has a good chunk of experience in leading a large group of people and having them run with efficiency. The last thing is a lot of what I said in the previous questions apply here as well with wanting to attempt to reform shock to make the battalion be less boring and boost the number of members who are active with allowing more movement within the ship How active can you be? As long as work (US army active) doesn't have me working late or doing CQ I can be on every night for EST
