Im kind of +/- on this one. Right here I see a level 77 right before you shot soul. It could have been the PF or 966, but in the clip you have no resistance (as if you hit something cloaked) so it looks a lot like metagame. Hex clearly hunted you and watched for your level number. That one is metagame. And as for Omally, I will speak with him later and try to find out a bit more. As for now, this will change to a + or - depending what else is said.

+/- Support leaning towards + Payton, while you were in Omicron-9 with me and do a fantastic job, I havent seen you on Nu-7 very much. I mainly see you staffing when I am online, but that could just be me on my part (School, ya know?) You're kind and welcoming to others and know how to handle many situations. Another thing is just how good you can actually be. When Omicron-9 was still around, you were on every single day to do something with us, and I really liked that about you. If you can do the same for Nu-7, you could boost morale and do more for everyone. I trust to see you as command one day, keep up your good work.

I feel that changing bright to how Maynard is would cause a few issues, but some could be worked out. Maybe the whole "killing, breaching, etc" could be gotten rid of? Because right now Bright is already a pain, but im not sure what he would do without those if he were to end up similar to Maynard. He is a Foundation doctor after all and not a traitor. Maybe we could get him to have a few new rules that could make him a "regulated" Maynard? While crazy tests would be cool from bright, what is going to stop security from denying him with an escort or research from trusting him with tests? MTF would shoot him at the first sight of a code bright in seconds. Then we have to think about the Bright tests. What is going to stop some people from just breaching the SCP on accident or on purpose, saying its "just my style" in a way? We could just have to have him supervised by research members when hes testing on something? While these ideas could be useful, bright is also for "trying out" research as Starstep said. Another think he said was "Staff should enforce bright rules for often" Which could work, but it really depends on what staff decides. It all really depends on what Research High Command decide on what they want to do with bright. +/- Support for now.

(With Screenshot Proof): 1, its old but its the only warn I have. Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: Well for starters, the new rework caught my attention to join again. I was OH3 back when it was the O5 staff team and not just Alpha-1. Another thing is that I have a good long-range combat skill that I could bring to RRH. I also think that I have a decent combat skill in general that I could use to protect SA. (Small thing to note, I have a okay skill with shotguns, but I do end up killing someone in front of me at times.) There are another few things I could bring to RRH. I have been in every single branch and know how they work. While I have not gotten command in most of these, I have been command in all of the MTF branches and have experience with the containment of the site. Ranks I have been (so far in MTF): E11 1LT, Omicron-9 MAJ. Another branch was Nu-7, which I would say I was a Major in. I was promoted to LTCOL in Nu-7, but I transfered into E11 after a "incident". No more detail needed. Why should we accept you: I think you should accept me because I have many skills that I could bring to RRH. While my close-range combat is not the best, I am great at long-range combat with any rifle given to me. I am trusted among my peirs and have good experience with protection of higher ups. Yes, I do have some moments that I cant even figure out how to shoot straight, but I have the experience needed to get back on my feet. Another thing to note is I have been in every special forces besides E4. Some other things are my ability to protect, quick reactions, and patience. I have been improving and learning as I go and am ready for another step forward.

-Support I find CW to be very laggy on its own in sandbox. While it is very cool, every branch would need an update and have to tell people to use this and not that. It would end up being chaos.

So here I am, writing this to all D-Class. The SKS is starting back up again. If you dont know who we are, well, I made a quick file for you to get some quick information. In the mean time, we are recruiting more and more people to start moving forward in D-Block. Most of us have discord (I hope.) and I will give you some simple steps to be recruited in just a minute. We have a main discord (with some minor issues still. Me and Mary are working on it.) Inside the discord are steps to be put into a "branch" and get trained. Branches. Branches are simple. When you get trained for a branch, you are in it and when on D-Class (If you want) have an SKS name. If you dont want to be trained for a branch, you can be apart of our civilian side of the SKS. Some of the Civilian Stuff includes: Miners, Carpenters, Merchants, etc. Branches Include: Blacksmiths (A more RP based branch.) Rouges (Stealthy Killers, do a lot of rioting and breaching) Priests (More RP based branch, worship the Scarlet King) Thieves (Steal from the Foundation for your own personnal gain or for the Blacksmiths. (75 word minimum): Well to start off, I have been in CI before. I know how it works and have experience with raids and other operations. Also, I have been in every branch before and know how they work and what they do. I also have an itch to shoot Foundation personnel, but we dont have to talk about that. There are a lot of things I have done. I have been in all special forces (Foundation wise) and been in the O5 Staff program as Red Right Hand. Weather it be calming them down, to just sitting and talking with them late at night. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I have been command in every MTF Branch. +/- Support leaning towards -Support Im kind of with Rektify on this one Thats kind of what this seems like to me, but I could change this. While it gives research more test ideas and a new "maynard" it just seems like another SCP in the way of Foundation personnel during their day-to-day activities. Most Safe Class SCPs are already in the way of MTF when they are struggling to hold down the site and I honestly dont see the point of another one. If its a new way for CI to have an edge over MTF, I can see how it works. Right now, CI can run to LCZ without being seen once until they are inside of D-Block and security has to attempt to hold them off. Only during late hours can MTF actually find out CI is raiding in time for them to hold the off. If this cat can put itself at a bridge and tell CI when MTF is coming, it just seems (Like rektify said) "Benefits one branch, that in his opinion, have enough power." I might change my response, depending on what else is said.

-Support There would be no need for such a thing. Plus, what branch would this be in? Nu7 or E11? We dont need to gather anymore intel unless we managed to capture an E4 or Delta command and interogate them. Overall, there is just no need.
