Reason for Ban: Exploiting Dispute: With the new addition of gambling on the server on the 9th of October, we were introduced to Roulette tables, Big wheels, Slot machines, and Blackjack. I was on the server early that morning trying out the gambling system first hand. I went from 1.2 mil to 3.3 mil in the matter of an hour. This was used by a swarm of people checking out the new gambling system to then find out they can not only profit but make so much money from the fact that you're spending 50 thousand dollars using the big wheel. The big wheel was then nerfed and replaced by Catsro effectively making the big wheel almost impossible to profit off of. About 3 hours after the nerf of the big wheel it was brought to a bunch of people's attention that you were able to make lots of more money off of the slot machines than the big wheel ever did. People from all around the server including the high command in specific branches rushed over to the slot machines making over a million dollars in under 5-10 minutes. After about an hour after that was brought to SMT's attention and then was effectively nerfed and was almost made unprofitable. After the Big Wheel and the Slot Machines were nerfed the only games that were left were Blackjack and Roulette. Roulette being a 50% win chance game ( Winning will double your initial playing amount) they were divided into two tables. One is a regular table for low bets while the other was the high roller table for high-value bets to be placed. Over the next couple of days and weeks, I would routinely play roulette to play with my chances of either winning or losing my money. I went from having 6.3 mil to having 3.2 mil while playing roulette. The max amount you were able to bet on the table was 500k but was supposed to be limited to being 50k. I saw the fact that the limit was broken to be nothing but a feature as it wouldn't be giving an unfair advantage to anyone playing the game as you're effectively still signing up to either lose or win money. I and lots of other people would be playing roulette to test our chances and overall just have a nice time. Over the weeks of me playing I would sometimes mention to SMT(Rang and Catsro) that the roulette tables in CI base were bugged and that you were able to bet over the selected cap on the roulette tables. With no response from the people who I admired and worked for I assumed that this was nothing but a feature for the roulette tables and the fact that you were able to bet 500k not the roulette tables and not the selected amount of 50k was fine. As a person who took staffing very seriously accumulating over 200+ sits a week and having no warnings I took the rules very seriously always asking SMT and higher-ups for clarification as to whether or not what I was doing was justifiable or not. Playing in the casino was a favorite pass time for me as I would often play in the casino more than I would have liked to. I had no intention of breaking the rules whatsoever and never saw the betting amount of 500k as an exploit but more as a feature to the roulette table given the circumstances of roulette being a gambling game mode. The highest betting amount on the high rollers roulette table was 500k to which I assumed was fine as it wasn't too high of an amount to which you would be able to become extremely and extraordinarily rich in a matter of seconds. When I was playing Roulette one late night I won $1,000,000 after panic betting 500k from losing over 1.5 mils previously. I won the bet and boasted about my winnings in OOC chat like I usually do whenever I win a bet like that. I was then grabbed by Catsro and Rang and brought into a Teamspeak 3 channel to where they said I was abusing an exploit giving me a better advantage than others in the process. I was questioned and then put in a room where I waited 30+ minutes for their jurisdiction on the matter. I was then given a second staff strike (The first one was for getting on Rang's list 3 times for not taking sits) and effectively removing me from staff as a whole. I was grinding for the staff of the month and a promotion for Admin ever since I got my Senior moderator role. The second punishment was a 1-week ban for exploiting. This is where it ended. I originally brushed it off my shoulder as it was not disappointing for the fact that I got banned but for the fact that I was removed from staff as well. I took Rang and Catsros's jurisdiction as final until I started to converse with others and started to think about what had happened. I am making this appeal for me to enjoy what I have accomplished on the server as I have shown nothing but dedication towards the server. In the past 3 months of my playing, I have only been absent from playing the server once. I have no grudge towards Rang or Catsro for the ban as I see them as people who are simply doing their jobs at the end. -Support While I do love gambling I just cant see this working out Casino's have been seen as no rp areas. I have seen sarkics raid CI just so they can use the casino. Casinos will be used and abused in such an area to where CI will just go in and wait for other people to go by or they would just said for people to forget a raid ever even happened. I have found that with my experience with other servers I have been able to apply different tactics and prove to people in Security that I am a worth investing time into. I have been grinding for both Wardens and Security to make sure that I get in command to help others strive for the same. I have volunteered myself to help and assist others in PT's and tryouts. I have not missed one single tryout since I got appointed to Wardens and this week will be my first as I am currently banned from the actual server( 500k on red). I personally believe that keeping me on the team will benefit security in the long run and will help security maintain its status. Any Notes, Questions, or Concerns?:

I believe that I had gotten accepted when I have a week on the server. AS long as you're active, follow the rules and have a good basis on what to do and what not to do you should be fine. +Support for me
