  1. +/- Support (Just saying that so forums diplomate don't remove it for not contributing, this is more of my personal experience regarding the topic) So as much as it could be argued that medical was the branch to suffer a large loss of activity, I still can't completely side one or the other. Yes the allegations of stalling are quite true, but not as much anymore. A few months ago, it was very common for him to ghost a bunch of HCMD and just dip from the face of the picture for me and New Rowphin. More recently however, he has been a lot more communicative and reasonable when it comes to suggestions. I'm sure it could be said that his in game activity could be better, but in my eyes that isn't a priority for a manager, doing suggestions and branch updates is their priority, to which he is doing much better. Tbh, Jayden should be the one receiving this report. No offense to him, but I don't think I've interacted with him once regarding anything branch update related or manager stuff, he just doesn't respond.
  2. Big - Support Yes. Please stop trying to undermine a branch/job's HCMD/SA. It's becoming very annoying with normal people trying to do a branch update that a HCMD has never seen.
  3. - Support About the permission, there is no way for a command member to be able to tell if this person will have the time to dedicate to another branch, so they would just end up having to guess. The current system where certain branches works well enough to prevent dead players.
  4. -Support Surprisingly, I actually disagree with most of this. Allowing constant use of thermals during Mech raid/E5 will just eliminate the purpose of using the class for the raid at all, I think there is no problem with the current way CI/MTF run Mech raids regarding cloakers. About the riot shield, it still will uncloak you, and you move slower with it out, making it harder for you to move out of someone's way to avoid detection, especially while crouching. I'm not positive why the mention of CS:GO Knifes was added, but every time I use my knife it will uncloak me for the normal amount of time. I would like to see a nerf to the buy timer to make it 10 or 15 minutes. I know a 10 minute window of no possible thermals seems balanced, but that's assuming you live to see the full timer of their duration, something basically impossible. The only reason to have to buy thermals all entail other dangers completely besides the cloaking entity themself, such as: Infil/Zeta-6: With infils will always come a raid party, which means you're basically guaranteed to either run into an infil AND their party at once, leaving you dead instantly, or their raid party before the infil. It's generally unlikely to ever discover an infil before they try to kill you (so with a raid party), so you'll never usually run into just an infil. With zeta-6, you'll basically guarantee to never fight it without a group, since they work as an intel gathering unit, and will never engage a fight where they can't substantially weaken you. 966: 966 Breach alone is very unlikely since their self breach is fairly easy to stop, the only time is when no MTF are on, making it easy for other SCPs to breach, when Maynard/Chaos breaches it, and then they will probably breach multiple, or when MTF is overwhelmed with too many requests, once again leading to a massive amount of SCPs breaching. Dolos: Even with thermals, fighting a Dolos becomes very dangerous since they can bait you to get your back off a wall by retreating past your position's line of sight, or forcing you to turn away by aiming, and stabbing you before you can put your back to a wall, and you also have the danger of their actual raid party.

  12. What are you suggesting? - Reword the way the MOTD puts 682's feeding process. Old wording: Class-D must be thrown into the acid to feed SCP-682 properly. New Wording: Class-D Must be thrown into 682's inner CC to feed 682 properly. How would this change better the server? - The old wording allowed 682 to continue breaching if the 682's acid was down when he was fed.   13. There is no rule exempting infils from the raid timer rule, if you see anyone hosting a raid before the cooldown is up you can just report them for FailRP.

  18. -Support This would be really fun if the balance wasn't heavily in favor of CI. For a total surface takeover event, MTF doesn't have near as many units as it would need. G9 and HTF should be automatically allowed to play, as there would very rarely be enough E11 to defend from all of CI. Especially since CI is balanced to "fight through 3 MTF branches AND security". Very good chance that Stealth OP would also be needed, as E11 only has 2 classes with snipers, one being a hand picked SF branch. I would for sure change it to a plus support if G9, HTF, and stealth op were always allowed to partake.
