^^ I agree with Vice on this. There's a lot of risk when gov try to kill the hostage taker, it could result in the death of the hostage. Having more then 1 hostage takers makes it extremely difficult for gov to just shoot them and save the hostage. No need for this, tac should be allowed to act if they think they can get the hostage out safely.

I agree with Soul, they should be made available for a weekend every so often. Would get a fresh batch in circulation, and would allow people to "invest" and try to make profit by selling them at a higher price.
