Denied. Due to a lack of evidence, or for no rules or guidelines being broken by the staff and or player, no action will be taken against them.

Without evidence of the homophobia or racism the ban won't be extended for that reason, I personally feel that 3 weeks is a fair punishment for the other rules broken though.

Accepted Go into the ban panel (at the top it says ban) sign in, go to your profile, go to your warn and click appeal. Fill the information out and in the description put the link to this in it.

Warn threshold bans are not based off active warnings, rather total warnings on a single server. You reached 10+ warnings on PoliceRP and hadn't received your 1 day ban. They are in increments of 10, getting a longer ban each time, stopping at 40 which is a permanent ban. You can read more about the warn threshold stuff on the staff handbook that Phil had linked above.
