I was here in teamspeak listening, you were approching the guy while doing a "Back up or KOS" advert in chat which immendentily triggred one of these events. Next is I understand that PD SOP and or any or any other SOP says " You may use lethal force with a guy that can harm the public". BUT PLEASE for god sakes use common sense with this, the guy isn't pointing it at you at all why the hell would you shoot him for that reason? use common sense and your state SOP as you WERE TRAINED for these types of situations.

+Support This guy is one amazing guy I have ever met. Hes been command since I been SGT ( The guy who guided me as SGT) which would be like a year now before he retired and then came back. But honestly I think him taking a step to Colonel is one of the biggest things I can agree with, this guy is professional and does his job well and helps other command and others out in the field. And we have form that I announced 2 weeks ago to fill suggestions in and you are a AEMT so you would know this. Plus if this were to be removed It would prob be a update to SMT or talk to SMT or speak to the department head about it instead going to the forums. But thats really all I have.Also PB Medic job helps us EMS Command pick people for position into EMS, and if you say this hasn't happened it has and some people in the department were accepted through that way.
