+ Support Good app, nice dude and very active

Simply ignore them, most of them can't really command you unless you're in there branch to my knowledge, I know this is the case for RRH. And don't say names cause then they shoot ya. As for the disrespect, take that to the HCMD/SF branch leads.

+Support don't remember the last time I was killed due to a grenade or flash, they're barely used and ineffective currently

+/- Support I think a buff is a decent idea, but a buff to that degree would be pretty crazy especially when he breaches early hours and makes the 2 security LCPLS deal with him. Even normal hours he causes a decent amount of damage already if MTF don't respond to him quickly enough. So yeah a buff wouldn't be bad but I think what you suggested is much too far. That is unless you made him a LOT harder to breach to make it so that if he does breach it's a massive deal but it's relatively rare for it to happen. For example make it so that no Dclass can breach him and only like certain ranks in CI maybe Senior NCO+ and certain amount of MTF on/active and his self breach gets increased pretty drastically? That way he can't just end early hours completely cause even current 682 early hours is nigh unbeatable without getting lucky.

+support, you can literally throw it through the fences and walls, it also ignores riot shields Also it really isn't that hard to aim you just gotta aim a little ahead of where they moving too, any weapon a dclass has access too shouldn't 4 hit a CC IMO. that being said maybe like 70 or 80 would be more fair, and those that don't want it nerfed cause you paid for it I get it's annoting, but you gotta understand weapons are gonna be nerfed/buffed throughout there time on the server if deemed necessary.

In Game Name: Jack Crest Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:458365971 Squadron you are Applying for: Guardian Current RP Ranks Held: Security MAJ, D5 LCPL If applying for Guardian preferred O5 to guard: 05-1 If applying for Analyst please link notable test-logs here: N/A How many Warns do you have? (With Screenshot Proof) 3 Warns Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I have multiple reasons that I'd like to join, one reason being, when I first joined the server as a Security member A1 seemed to be the most interesting MTF branch, they were always around SA which made them a little intimidating to an enlisted, they had to pass notes to communicate which made them seem more interesting then other MTF due to the secrecy surrounding them, and of course they killed me once or twice after I was told to say there names by NCO's. Now, unfortunately they were removed from the server before I met the requirements to join it. This being said however, I did manage to get into the old RRH upon my second attempt and enjoyed the experience quite thoroughly even though we weren't able to hop on all that much, I also found that RRH got to participate in the more interesting tests which I always enjoyed watching and helping with in the past. Since then I have left the server and returned to it, throughout my retirement RRH looks to have been reworked and I'd love to be a part of it again. Why should we accept you: I believe my experience in multiple MTF branches and Security show to my combat abilities, being retired Omicron-9 LCMD and current GenSec SCMD should somewhat prove this. Also I believe my activity on the server would be a good addition to the RRH team, being on most days of the week from morning till evening (unless i'm at work) I can assist when needed. Finally, I already have experience as RRH, and while it was a long time ago now, I believe it shows that I was trusted enough to hold this position in the past and I hope I can do so again.

1. Steam Name?: Meridian 2. Steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:458365971 3. Roster Name?: Jack Crest 4. Current Rank?: CPT 5. When were you promoted?: 27/11/21 6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?: About 20 days since i returned. Overall 263 days give or take 7. Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?: Indeed I do 8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: Of course 9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: I shall respect everyone. 10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I would like to be a member of SCMD for many reasons, my first reason would be to help out lower ranks more, from command to enlisted I believe If I were to get SCMD I would be able to help everyone out more by going out of my way to interact with any and all lower ranks, although I already do this the rank of MAJ holds a lot more sway over people then LCMD. I also believe I'd be able to improve interactivity between lower ranks and SCMD as I enjoy talking with security and try and make myself as easy to approach as possible because I know SCMD can be more intimidating to approach and I'd hope to help fix that (not that current SCMD aren't). Finally I'd also like to help out the activity of Security, especially during the earlier hours for EST players as when I get on in the morning/mid day there isn't usually much command on and even less usually SCMD, this leads to less activity over all, those who do try to stick with it through early hour riots will often find themselves getting bored and/or aggravated and sometimes won't get back on because of this, I believe SCMD being online could provide a massive boost to activity in morning hours. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would remind them that they should not leave D-Block without NCO+ permissions and redirect them to D-Block, if they left again I would warn them that continuing this behavior would result in a demotion, if they left for a final time I would AOS and then demote them. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would find the NCO and tell them they need to return to D-Block and inform them that they must have a valid reason for leaving D-Block such as escorts, medical or dealing with misbehaving lower ranks. I would then verbally warn said NCO that next time would result in the very least a strike and possibly a demotion, should he continue, assuming it is yet another terrible reason, he would be demoted/striked. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would tell the E-11 PVT that he should not be commanding security and, unless they had the correct perms, should definitely not be in D-Block, I would tell him to leave and stop attempting to take control of GenSec and warn him that if he didn't I would be taking him to E11 Command who should deal with him appropriately. I would also make sure security know not to listen to the PVT as to not cause difficulty with conflicting orders. Should he continue to ignore me I would call both E11 command and possibly staff if E11 D-Block requirements are not met. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: First of all I would check DNP list for the CPL and then roster/promo logs to make sure his cool down is up, assuming it is I would proceed to call him to bunks through /sec in hopes that he's paying attention, once he arrives I would inform him of his promotion, tell him they may now call hands up and partial on code orange, that they may now join FTO and Sniper and apply for command once WO apps are opened. Then I'd tell them that they are now required to have a forums account. Finally, I would walk them through NCO guide and make sure any of there questions are answered giving them the whitelist and informing them to request tags in discord.

+/- Support, I feel that this could make cloakers like crazy OP especially in a place like Dblock where theirs loads of cover and people to hide behind, even in other places it'd be crazy easy to just run through a door when they start shooting. and once they get through that door you've pretty much lost them till they decide otherwise. I do really like the idea as well cause I think it'd be really fun to play as one of these cloakers, but mainly cause you could probably take out most people solo with a well timed sniper head shot then negev spray or something like that. Perhaps you could make specific classes to counter them? call it like MTF Ghost hunter or some crap and only these units get thermals and theirs a limited amount of them per branch, or perhaps give them only to like D5 or something because they're meant to target humans, obviously CI would need an equivalent class to deal with foundation cloakers.
