Senior Moderator/Event Team How often are you on Teamspeak? Every single day and I have it on my phone too. How often do you use Discord? Every day I have it on my phone too. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to join the Support Division because, I feel like I can benefit and help the community in many ways for example, I love helping people with their problems and making sure everything is right on discord, TeamSpeak, etc. I also feel like I want to join Support team is because I want to make sure everything is running smoothly in TeamSpeak and also discord. Another reason I would like to join support is because I want to make sure everybody is having a great time in discord and all of the channels. I also believe I can be able to give out tags and move members up and down channels responsibly. I also am great at explaining channels and tags in TeamSpeak and help with any in-game problems and discord. That is why I believe I would like to become a member of the Gaminglight Support Team. Why should we trust you to become a member of the Support Team? You can trust me with becoming a Gaminglight Support Team member is because, I know my why around discord and TeamSpeak etc. I also am trustworthy is because I'm a Senior Moderator and event team and that holds a lot of responsibility. You can also trust me with tags and moving people because, I'm command in two departments and all of them I have whitelist access and spreadsheet access. How often are you on Teamspeak? All the time 24/7 (unless im afk and ts is required so hmm) How often do you use Discord? All the time. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to join the Support Division because well first of all, I feel like I would make a great addition to the Support divison Team is because I like to really help people inside of the community and out I am really nice and kind to people and I want to make sure that they have a fun experience here on gaminglight. I also want to make sure that I can help in discord and team speak to the best of my abelites too aswell like the simple things like, giving out tags, helping people navigate channels, and so such like that, also I believe that no matter what it is I should be able to assist in anyway I can and I think as long as you tried it doesn't matter but if there was something I was unsure about I would of course bring it up to a higher up (following Chain Of Command of course) and yeah. (150 word minimum) I would like to join the support team to help those that need assistance with any issues they see/have in Discord or Teamspeak. Even though I love dealing with in-game sits, I think that being able to help with other issues would be an entirely new experience for me since, while I have done Discord moderation and different similar "support" roles, I believe that the scale at which GL support members do this is much larger due to the large scale of the community that they serve. Being a part of this beautiful community and ensuring that people receive the finest possible experience would be an excellent way for me to interact with people in a way I haven't really done before because I have never worked in a "real" job. As such, I would find it very rewarding to work in a more "customer service" type of position in order to get a deeper understanding of the kind of experience I have been unable to get until now, which teaches me valuable lessons I can use in the future as a part of my career. Multiple times daily as I have the Mobile app Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I would like to be a member of the support team because I love this community and I want to be able to help it in any way possible and with my experience as Staff and Gamemaster I have been able to pick up on how to operate in the community and how to best assist anyone in the community wether it be an answer to someone’s questions or reaching out to someone who can help. Along with my real life experience in customer service (currently work in this line of work) I will be able to assist someone who might be having a hard time understanding and help them have a better day How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? I would most likely greet them using the following should this be accepted teamspeak: Hello my name is Mike and I’ll be your support for today what can I help you with? or in discord: Hello (reads issue) [Either able to give an answer or @ someone who can give an answer] and wish them a great day

Yes, currently a Senior Moderator on ImperialRP How often are you on TeamSpeak? Everyday for more than 5 hours. Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? I feel with me being a staff ImperialRP and active on that for hours on end, it would be nice if I could also help out on TeamSpeak. Often times in game there are requests made with TeamSpeak issues, either them needing tags or being harassed. I already work toward solving those to the best of my ability but feel I am limited. Support would let me be able to better help those situations in game and is also something that is required of high ranking staff members and is something I want to become to feel like I am doing my part. I feel the next step I need to take to stand out would be joining the Support team, I've shown my extreme dedication to everything I'm currently tasked with and would love to spend the time I have also helping out in TeamSpeak. Being a Regimental Commander I feel it's also not as much necessary as it is helpful, especially for people who are new so that they aren't stuck sitting in a waiting room longer than they'd need to. Ultimately there are a multitude of reasons for why I want to join but the main one is that I am dedicated to anything/everything I put my mind to, and feel I would benefit the Support team immensely. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? Mainly I know I would help in a positive way since I'm very active. Usually I'm on for multiple hours with most of those being in TeamSpeak. I work hard, and show that when I'm given a role I try to exceed those expectations to the best of my ability. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels? Firstly I would introduce myself in a respectful and calm tone as I directly acknowledge them asking what they need assistance with. As some of the time people have been waiting I would then apologize if they sound upset about having to wait. My goal as Support would be to ensure that they are heard and get their problem solved in a timely manor. Pretty much every day I also have ts app Why would you want to join our Support team (Word Count 150+)? I would like to join the support team as I think that I can help new people to the community that are on TeamSpeak at late hours and normal time as I am playing gmod and in team speak nearly everyday. I have first hand experience having issues with cadets not getting tags in team speak just because there is no support members on line and would be willing to help any new cadet or user to solve there issue with as little time as possible to allow them to get on the server and play instead of waiting for someone to come on to give there tags. I also believe that support could use more members in a variety of time as I am Australian not many members are on support and I have had a OFC not get tags due to this issue. I would also like to get to know the community more and also allow more people into the community and inform them of what this community is like and also make there experience on TeamSpeak more enjoyable and not just a waiting game. How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? I think that I can help the support team in a positive way as I am on at time when most support team members are not on and other users which are new to the community are not but on the usually occasion people do require assistance and always like to help them no matter how big or small the task is. I also believe that I would be able to help people who need tags for policeRP as when I have trained cadets they get very frustrated and are confused because they have to wait until someone can give them his/hers tags when they need them and I could help assist them in TeamSpeak and how to properly use it. Im on TeamSpeak about 6-8 hours daily I'd say Do you have a working quality mic? Yes What timezone are you in? (US Eastern Standard Time) EST Why would you want to join our Support team( 100 words+) I would like to become a member of the support team, because well, I would like to support people. There have been multiple times when I need tags for something such as donator, or just server tags, and I or another person have had to wait for 30-45+ minutes. I would like to relinquish that time by a lot, if not fully. So that the GamingLight RP experience can be had sooner than later. Another reason is that I want to make GamingLight as good as it could possibly become. I can do this on the Support Team because if someone needs help with anything on TS (which can be complicated at times) I can explain to them what they could fix, or how to fix it. Pacific Standard Time Why would you want to join our Support team( 100 words+) I would like to join the support team because I like helping people I always go out of my way to help others especially when I'm on staff I'll take care of things that are not a sit or things that I see happening also another point of me wanting to be on the support team is I have had times where I myself have been requesting tags or requesting ingame help and it takes a staff member 20 to 30 minutes to respond or they never do to my call or I'll see people sitting in support room for a long period of time and there are definitely enough staff to help but no one goes to help them and I will be in a room with some people I will not mention names and they will have the support staff tag and some will say I'll let someone else get to it that is something that I believe should not be done with someone on support staff I believe being support staff is a responsibility that you have to keep doing in order to help the community and I also know that there are not enough support staff on at night to help others How do you think you could affect support staff in a positive way? My availability to always be available and my willingness to always help others when they are in need of help I am the type of person that is always willing to help others and will always be available if needed I will spend hours sitting in the support staff standby room to set a example to the other support staff How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our support channels?
