-Support I have had bad experiences with you, one very recent with you allowing a CC to break the golden rule constantly and say "It's not my problem" and walk away although he had an AOS on him and just because they are your friend although you are a shock. I think others would be more qualified for the Shock VCMDR position than you. If you work on certain aspects such as simple confrontation and not be completely rude to people because of them being in the right I would've +Supported this but as of right now I don't think you would be best suited for the position.

Felix is my fav person in shock tbh, known him for a while since MilRP and he is very sensible he would be great as a VCMDR for shock

In my opinion I think Classy (QR2) should apply for VCMDR. He is much more fit than you, if you worked on certain aspects like confrontation and didn't act so immature you would've most likely got more positive feedback. But you applying after you got kicked out of the command meeting by Beckett for constant moaning and going on even after told to stop your chances are slim.
