Why do you think this warn was false: So at the time the whole situation started as I was not following the Defensive Rule, Luci had already warned people over radio to follow it but I did not have my radio on to be able to hear the warning, so as I was not following it he realized and picked me up explaining how I should not be doing that, but I also explained that I was not aware of the previous warning, yet I was still given the formal warning intsead of a verbal warning. 9. Any extra information: After speaking further with Luci he also now believes the warn given should be removed, as I only just received Trial-Mod he knows I would have been more careful.
