[150+ Words] I want to become a squad lead because it means I make sure NCOs are doing their job and making sure they act like they are expected to act as well I would like to become Squad lead because I would promote people who deserve it as well I can guide new agents on anything they need help and along with that help NCOs whenever they are stuck with or need help on and I can setup sims to help NCOs get used to leadership and maybe find any potential future NCOs in them sims another reason why I want to become Squad lead is I would like to help IF thrive and continue with the activity they have been gaining and I can help with this more in a officer position evidence of this is I have done the majority of tryouts in IF recently assisted by another NCO as well I am one of the most active agents in IF and have shown maturity since I joined IF. [75+ Words] I could Assist Inferno Command by recommending/promoting agents who are worthy of a promotion I can show NCOs how to lead and help them with whatever issue they need helping with as well I can enforce rules that have been set and discuss/report issues in the battalion plus I can do more sims/tryouts.
