1. What is your IGN? (In-Game Name) : DT VCMDR FB1 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Death Troopers 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Because I have dedicated almost an entire year to this battalion and wish to see it grow even more with me as its commander as someone who they can see as a person who changed the battalion for the better and improved their overall activity. I also want to see DT be more inclusive with other battalions and give them more things to do other than sit up at the bridge with their VIPs and very occasionally go on a patrol with their VIPs. I want also want to try and improve some documents as well as make some more documents for DT to go off of for things like Tryouts, Interrogations, Proper Patrolling etiquette, and more. Along with these changes I would like to make DT seem like a battalion be a thing to be desired to be a part of but also as a welcoming community for everyone. Lastly, Death Troopers should be seen as a battalion that everyone gets along with and I want to ensure that happens with me as commander. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have over 9 weeks worth of game time on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander to be someone to look up to and someone who gets people to want to be on the server and take orders from. Someone who is not to be looked up to more as a scolding boss but someone who can be fun to be around while still getting the job done. Obviously, there will be moments where a commander can be strict but those moments are needed in order to keep a battalion in line and I have shown that as a VCMDR I can be fair but stern with my punishments against those who break the rules and fall out of line. But over all, a commander should be able to manage his troops effectively in the battlefield and know how to divide their ranks to ensure victory. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I should be trusted with the rank of commander because I have dedicated almost a year to this battalion and have seen many commanders rise and fall and have learned from their mistakes to better improve myself. 7. To help with roster when current VCMDR/CMDR goes on LOA. Also to control the battalion and steer it into the right direction. So I can gain even more respect through out the battalion and be seen as a leader figure and a role model to the Death Troopers. I also want to steer the troops to the gates of success. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? It says 3 weeks, but I have been here since around April 2020 maybe earlier. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a commander for a branch is to keep order and to make sure everything thing runs smoothly in the battalion. You also provide a back bone in the battalion, also to be a role model of the battalion. To control the Officers down and steer them into the gates of greatness. A cmdr's role is also to provide security, peace, freedom to our empire. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : You should trust me as Vcmdr as I was cmdr on multiple other servers. I have the trust of dt, and multiple other commanders. I am respected in my bat multiple people think i deserve it. I have made the new tryout doc when it got leaked when both of the Vcmdr and the cmdr were busy, with the help of talila {was on pain meds cause of wisdom teeth surgery thx talila}. I would keep the Roster fully updated when ever someone leaves or gets promoted. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online everyday from 12:50pm - 9pm Est on weekdays/ school nights, and whenever on weekends when I don't work {I usually work weekends}. 8. To carry on the legacy on to DT from the Golden days to modern day enlisted. I want the Title CMDR to further climb the rank ladder one more time and further more carry out more Troop Training's and a lot more overseeing personal training's myself or get any of my MAJ+ to help .I've been in this battalion for some time and can teach NCO's Officer's how to do things correctly and effectively. The main purpose of Death Trooper CMDR is to command over the enlisted,nco's,officers and make sure your branch is running at full speed at all times. As well as watch over and participate in Events with DT by your side and you giving out commands such as telling 31st to give us cover or help shock while he is pinned down by the rebel scum .The Commander is also the person who is in charge of making a successful chain of command towards his troops.The commanders job is to lead a regiment with pride and to be a great leader within the battalion. The commander should make sure his troops are fit for the positions that he gives out and to make sure that they are fit in the battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have been in DT for sometime and in that time I've gained the respect of multiple DT members and previous Veteran CMDR's and VCMDR's. Also I have spent many hours on the server to help and improve training's whenever i can.Throughout my time in the DT I've been clocking in within my battalion almost daily. When DT player counts started to look low we had a influx of players due to constant tryouts and I stuck with the battalion through thick and thin no matter what. I never gave up on DT no matter what the cost was before you didn't have to train Cadet's i would train them almost daily when i was COL thats dedication I trained more people than ever at that time. 7. As I've been Death Trooper COL for some time, training and testing our regiment to the best of my abilities and making sure nothing goes wrong. (When I'm on there is the time which in case every server has this happened to them) People resign and which in that case i think i could uphold the mantle of being a Vice Commander. I've Lead DT Troops in battle and making sure they are on task and sticking with the main group or doing their special operation mission assigned by ground command. When I first became COL activity was an all high for DT and continued till i went on loa for personal reasons. I am confinement that i will be able to keep DT at a constant rate of activity. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? A couple months 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To oversee his troops in battle the main purpose of a commander of this branch is to guide their fellow Death Trooper's into battle while following orders of their Ground Command/High Command, be it guarding our VIP or hunting down rebel scum. We also work close with Inferno Squad and Imperial commandos on the ground during special missions. The commander should be able to lead his battalion and be able to coordinate with Inferno Squad and Imperial Commandos. Commanders should also be able to update their roster whenever someone gets promoted,enlisted into the battalion,demoted or a trooper resigns. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I do not have any warnings as of this time. I'm in one of the most serious battalions in the server and i got the rank of COL because i was able to be trusted with a high rank. I would like to be that rank because I see myself being able to lead in it. I have a lot of experience, but that's not the point, the point is i have the respect for the players and how they role-play and i know how people should role-play in some situations as for example if someone was to not listen to a commanding officer like as a NCO/Commissioned Officer and was reported i would brief them on how to respect and honor their ability to lead and to honor them in a role-play sense on how they are trying to help them better them as a leader and to experience in away of role-playing themselves such as respecting commanding officers, and how they should respond to a commanding officer. Fact is the reason i would like to be this rank is to help the server i have lead on many servers and saw that they were very toxic in a way of no helping so most of the players that role-played and like to experience role-play like myself left, but what i can see in this community is a good sense of roleplay, i have seen this community for along time so that shows to me that this is a serious community that likes to role-play and for most part everyone here is very nice so i would like to tell you my experience of servers i have lead on, so on most servers i have been leadership roles icefuse i was a high ranking officer on clone-wars and military rp, i have been leadership on many known servers but most of them are gone only icefuse is really the big one i have been leadership on but have been on many other semi known servers and lead factions and regimental command, also i do have over 6 years on --- Garry's mod and most of that time is on starwarsrp mostly imperial because i know a good amount of lore behind it, but this rank to me is a lot and is a big rank jump but, i expect myself to do my best in what i do so i really see myself at this position. In a point of leadership i feel i can benefit the Death Trooper Unit in a very big way i have plans for inner Units of DT more classified and can be work with High ”C” i’m ready to make whatever needs to be done to follow through with my plans to a extent but i feel there is more roleplay that can be ADDED, NOT REMOVED because atm it’s stable but you can always add. I find myself in hard positions but i always see through them, and fix whatever is done. This rank means alot to me because when i like to play games such as gmod i’m putting my time and LIFE into it so why not make it fun for me and my fellow players. 4. At the moment a couple of days, Note i will be on everyday for at least 8 hours but been active, but i do have school so sometimes i will be on at 3:30pm to 12am that's on weekdays, On Weekends 7am in morning - 1am at night or past. 5. My main purpose of this VCMD Position Is to help the players gain leadership and base my role-play on helping the players and also better the Branch of Death Trooper NOTE: To add on. but i feel i can bring more Roleplay purpose to the DeathTrooper Branch but i do have expectations to myself and my men, i find myself correcting people and i like doing that because it betters me and the players but most of all is to have expectations for yourself and i want to help people try to find how they really act in role-play to have more fun My expectations are to really lead my Branch/Units troops to become a leader, like everyone that likes role-play my expectations are to myself because i really will seek to become the best leader i can, before i even start teaching junior leaders because one day they will have to take my spot and i want them to be just as good as there idle and i wise to become there idle for the reason of i will have the utmost trust in myself for the selfish reason that I believe I'm the best at what i do because if i don't Believe that. Then i will not believe i can teach the junior leaders so i will teach them to become someone that has self-trust that is my expectation for myself 6. Good Morning, Good afternoom and Good evening. I believe it is my time to step down from my Commanding Position. It has been a long ride and I enjoyed every moment of it. I would like to state that anything posted in this thread, is made out of respect and in no way is it an attack on character or the individual person that it may/may not be refrencing. I'd also like to state in it's own section, I will transfer all ownerships to all the files pertaining to Death Trooper, so please don't treat me like I'm going to just nuke all the forms. Moving on, I have always said that I would stop being Commander when it stopped being fun and the Death Troopers were fully fixed with the recent update. Thank you for that Hotshot. I have literally create this Battalion from the ground up, spending countless time behind the screen working on documents, making sure that I could provode GL with the best Death Trooper Battalion it's ever jad, while trying to be a Role Model to any and all players. Ripples began to form within me when I was constantly approached about my activity, even after explaining myself constantly, this isn't the case now but still a point to explain. I'm 24 years old, a Manager in Customer Service with ~an hour between commutes. I am in a Happy Relationship with my Girlfriend, who likes to spend time with me and I with her. So in reality, altho I am very active on Discord and somewhat on the forums, I couldn't realistically put in sufficient time. For a while, everything was fine, recruitment was slow but I stand by my Troopers amd say they were the best on the server, if they weren't, they washed out. Then the ripples began to form again as High Command began shifting and newer HCs began being added shifted around. After a while it felt like a political struggle and eventually the rules started to trickle in, some of them making sense, others not so much. There was also a no BS policy that was underlined that made Commanders having to tiptoe at the best of times. Thankfully I was never in that position. Because I tend to figure things out my own way. As time went on, stress continued to mount and it felt like Commanders, the head of whatever battalion, were given less and less power. Some of the power taken away were some that allowed Commanders to mold their branch, but now becomes a bureaucratic system that was confusing. Death Troopers have been trained so well, that we began to be noticed intently by most of the Server and HC, which sounds good, and it was. We were highly respected. But I felt like trust issues began to arise in our own abilities. Ie. In the form of "Spontaneous Trainings", which would entitle the Moff sprinting into the dark and DT would have to chase them down, HC shooting at one another and testing DT response, either response being the wrong choice. And slowly but surely, it's been annoying me, because I stand by my Troopers and feel like they don't need to be constantly drilled in their duties, but since it was HC, there wasn't much you can do.
