I also want to keep my rank is because I like this server and branch and I intend on improving it and to do that I would like to retain my rank so i can do what I would like to do. I also intend to host more warden PT's and if im up to the task normal PT's and offmeetings. I am also very selective with my promotions because I dont want someone who is incompetent getting into a higher ranking position which can be a good or a bad thing depending on how you look at it. -Support Gensec as is already struggle at holding Dblock, Riot control have the purple line and main gensec have the blue line. Taking Dblock should be something hard to do not something that is "oh hey peek out, shoot, duck back and repeat" If you want to take Dblock work together and cooperate instead of nerfing everything

+ Support I was in A1 when it was cool and everyone treated each other like a family and I had some of the greatest memories of GL playing on ITM Specialist. It adds in some really nice and missed out RP like if someone said 05 around an A1 back then it would be Capture, Interrogate, release. Todays RRH is just PEW PEW internal security that maintains secrecy would be really nice for RP It might provide another option for those who dont want to join NU-7 or cant afford to be part of E-11. -Support on the PK's tho

(150 WORDS+): The reason why I want to become senior command is because I want to become a better command member by doing whatever I need to do in order to improve my skills as a command member by hosting more radical PT’s and Off-meetings I also want to be a command member because I beleive that I deserve it because I have reached DHWD in 2 months because when I was only an EWD I broke the normalcy of wardens by hosting the first ever wardens PT I want to apply that creativeness by doing the exact same to GenSec in general I havent thought up of anything yet that is game changing but I will certainly dedicate some time to figuring something out. I also beleive that I will bring a new wave of creativity to SR. CMD and security. Another reason that I would like to be a part of SR. CMD is that I would like to be able to have a more integral part of GenSec CMD by recommending people for CMD promotions and if I were to get MAJ I would be one step closer at my long term goal of reaching HCMD [Big goal I know] but I want to improve my real life skills of managing something bigger as a whole but other than that I got nothing. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?:If the OFC was given perms to leave by an NCO then I wouldnt do anything. If there were any CMD on that are lower than me I would observe and see how they react before I step in. However, if no CMD step up and if the OFC left without perms then I would talk to him and tell him “hey, your not supposed to leave Dblock without NCO perms and I have been seeing you leave without them, this is your only warning, get perms or im going to have to demote you from gensec.” and if he didn’t listen then I would remove his whitelist and demote him 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: If an NCO left Dblock without a good reason. Again, if there are any CMD lower than me I would observe and see how they react, if they don’t, then I would go talk to him and say “hey, I noticed that you have been leaving Dblock alot without a good reason, why is that?” I would wait for him to respond and then say “alright, I hear you out but that doesnt mean that im not going to punish you, if you leave with a bad reason again then im going to have to administer a strike and if its bad enough a demotion, I hope you heed this warning.” if they still don’t listen then I will follow through with my threat. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: If an E-11 private comes into Dblock I would make sure the super specific conditions are met and if they arent then I would immediately step in by saying “hey, your not supposed to be here because its against your SOP so im going to have to ask you to leave Dblock immediately.” if he doesnt listen I will say in a sterner tone of voice “I told you once and I will tell you one last time, its against the rules to be in Dblock as an E-11 right now if you don’t leave I will have to cuff you and take you to your CMD, THIS IS YOUR LAST WARINING.” if they don’t leave then I will cuff them and go to the nearest E-11 operative and tell them the story about them trying to take CMD of Dblock and let those guys deal with it. I will also inform one of the 2LT’s of E-11 in game/ DM’s and provide evidence. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: “alright you are now a SGT which means that you are now part of the group we refer as “NCO’s” as an NCO you are able to call protocols, grant permission for enlisted to leave Dblock, get trained for the FTO program and finally apply for WO when applications open up. First off we are going to read over the NCO guide *Gives the promotee the link* so first off you as a SGT are expected to lead the lower enlisted to do their duties in Dblock, you are also expected to be a role model and give guideance to the enlisted if the need arises. You can now call hands up and partial lockdown protocols on code Black/ Orange. Hands up should be activated when at least 3 Dclass are constantly rioting and partial lockdown should only be activated if 5+ Dclass are rioting constantly. As an NCO you can also grant perms for enlisted to leave Dblock and are expected to assign escorts to the researchers, however, if Dblock is looking understaffed you can tell the researchers that they have to wait to receive an escort. You can also lead patrols going around LCZ but only do this if Dblock has an abundance of staff. You can now join the FTO program it is entirely optional however if you join and apply for WO then it might make you look a little bit better. One last thing, go to discord and request the “NCO” tag in discord , here is the whitelist for the JRNCO job, go complete your duty as a SGT which is to defend Dblock and mentor lower ranking peeps.” I look forward to working with SR. What are you suggesting? - I am suggesting that a section to the MOTD is added that outlines what you can and cannot do during interrogations and what you need to do to do said thing such as: attempts at cyanide, which classes have amnestics, what you need to roll to be successful at something, how lying works, etc. How would this change better the server? - this would better the server by giving a guideline to interrogations because with there being nothing in the MOTD or a document that says what you can and cannot do it's essentially free game or common acceptance and newer players don't know these accepted rules and many get very confused. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - I don't see any downsides that could come of clarifying interrogations Who would this change mostly benefit? - CI sleuths, HSU, Wardens, any class that interrogates essentially Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A

It would also be quite nice to meet some new people that I have had very little to no interaction with until I join another branch Why should we accept you: The reason that you should accept me into RRH is because I am currently the ranking of DHWD in the wardens sub-branch which I got by breaking the norms of an EWD by hosting the first Wardens PT's and etc. Another reason that I should be accepted is because I know what to do while doing things concerning 05 since I was in the OG A1 MTF squad and our main job was to escort HCMD and 05 themselves and from the outside looking in this doesn't look much different to that. I am also really good at PVP and coming up with tactics to take down incoming threats. I personally think I am fit for the job and feel like I will do good at said job. I look forward to joining the 05 Staff team if this gets accepted

I am also a great Command member because I have led gensec in times of need and I am "a god at PVP" I promote pretty often and i give it to the right people. I hand out punishments if and when needed and warn if need be. I wish to stay in gensec since I want to improve the branch to the best of my ability. I also want to continue showing great standards for security command by leading, mentoring, promoting, ETC. the lower ranking gensec by any means necessary. I am also an extremely dedicated GenSec command some may say that I am a fanatic about it, I stay on through thick and thin and have learned that dealing with problems one at a time is extremely effective.
