Actually he did this multiple times, Then went around asking people "Do you want to see a magic trick" then proceeded to show it off to people. In my opinion Him doing it for amusement aint that bad, But he promoted it and showed people thats my issue

When you used to play on the server you were really active and in general were great at RP, I spent a lot of time with you back when we both used to play together however, Recently I haven't seen you in the server. I know you would fit staff perfectly but Your activity has dipped quite a bit. If you increase your activity and start playing again I would be able to give this application a +Support. As Mikey said your not known in the community, This is because you haven't been on the server as much as you used to be. I do remember you (This is Danny Muller) but other people dont, Increase that activity and Im sure people would +Support this application. My advice to you is to start playing again and then apply. The reason i would like to join the staff team is as follows, Currently i have been a donator moderator for multiple weeks and i enjoyed every moment of it. I would love to join the staff team to help out my community and help keep gaming light on top. I have already been staff on two big servers so i have previous experiences both as a Manager and a Moderator. I am active on the forums, in game and in team-speak and have already had experience as a staff member on gaming light. If i was accepted as staff i could bring a new look on things. I understand the community as i have been playing for over a year now, I also understand that not all new players are use to the MOTD so i am under standing and wont straight up warn them unless they are blatantly breaking rules or they are a repeat offender. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If someone was RDMing i would bring them to the sit, Once in the sit if all they were doing is Curing i would gag them if they were doing it verbally however if they were doing though chat i would mute them, Once the cursing was dealt with i would get onto the RDM. As in this scenario i would only be a trial moderator i would get a higher up staff member to Minge them for 10,000 seconds due to the MRDM. I would then warn them for "MRDM | Staff Dis (If the cursing was directed to me) | Player Dis (If the cursing was directed to the player)" Then i would put the player down who reported him and continue to take sits.

That is probably because back before all smt had superadmin on all servers you had to contact the smt of all the servers to give the ban

Yeah, It would be a +Support if not for this.

NoOne was a great staff member who went of evidence, If you were banned permanently by him you did something to justify that

All staff in this report need to read the rules, When someone is in cuffs and an officer is giving commands they must comply however if the officer gets distracted the person in cuffs can try make a run for it.
