  17. Name: Dr. Lee Current Rank: Lead Researcher Time in Research (Approximate): About one month. Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? (100-word minimum): I would like to become a part of Research Command as I feel I would be a good fit within Command. Now, I don’t know what I could ‘bring to the table’ that other command members can’t as every command member has their way of carrying out their duties and responsibilities. I understand that some guidelines and expectations are set. However, things that I would be able to bring to the command table are hard work, dedication, a valuable team player, activity, and seriousness when it comes to being a respected, trusted, and an authoritative figure within Research. A few months ago I was on the server before I had to leave for personal reasons, nevertheless, I know that staff is different from command but they do have their similarities. When it comes to higher up positions no matter what server, or game that I’m a part of I take my responsibilities, duties, and other expectations seriously. I’m very approachable, which is a good quality to have for higher ranks What will you do to make research more active and better? (100 word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run trainings, etc)?: What I will do to make Research more active is to first host mass trainings for research. I don’t really see those being done. I believe doing mass training is a good way to show that research is active as a whole, but that there are actual people to train others. I am also moderately active, so that makes it easier for researchers to be able to ask questions, or if they have reports, especially since supervisor’s are the beginning of the CoC. Also I believe that when command is present it makes others get on and work hard to have a chance to get promoted. It also creates an opportunity for others to be able to feel recognized for their activity.
