Lore Name: Liver Rank: Junior Researcher SCP: 1048 Question / Idea: Provided access to human subjects, does SCP-1048 exhibit preferences for different body parts for the use of creating instances of SCP-1048-X? Background Research: Two of the prior occurrences of SCP-1048 creating additional anomalies used biological material taken from foundation researchers. SCP-1048-C may have been created due to a lack of opportunities to procure biological material. Hypothesis: I believe SCP-1048 finds specific components of the human body more appetizing when attempting to create a "copy" of itself. Usage of a human fetus, assuming SCP-1048 manually removed it, is a labor intensive process. Usage of ears, fingers, or toes would be more discreet and quicker to take from the unconscious host. Logically, SCP-1048 found the fetus more fit for its task than any other body part. Observations: Upon the introduction of three restrained D-class personnel to the testing chamber containing SCP-1048, SCP-1048 approached each in turn, exhibiting affectionate behavior for nearly two minutes before one of the D-class personnel fell unconscious. At this point, SCP-1048 approached the unconscious person person and pulled on its ear, removing it in one motion. The ear was removed from SCP-1048's possession and D-class personnel were administered amnestics and medical attention before their return to D-block. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: N/A Analysis / Conclusion: The ear that SCP-1048 took seems to have been removed cleanly, regardless of the method of its removal. This is a nearly identical situation to the prior incident at site 24. I believe that SCP-1048 possesses a sort of memetic "lullaby" effect used to render its victims helpless while it takes source material for the creation of more copies of SCP-1048. SCP-1048 also appears to prefer ears when fetuses are not present. Further testing may be necessary to determine SCP-1048's preferences when presented with ear-less D-class personnel or pregnant women. A greater volume of tests is also necessary to ensure that our conclusion can be supported statistically. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My hypothesis appears correct, although I would like to hold an interview and a series of tests to more emphatically provide my colleagues with certain results.

Lore Name: Orypa Rank: Senior Researcher SCP: 610 and 1025 Question / Idea: What will different types of cancer do to a newly created instant of SCP-610. Background Research: SCP-1025 test logs shows if you read page 927 you will get "Regenerative Cancer" Which regenerates cells. SCP-610 causes your cells to change and grow 2-3 random and horrific new additional limbs which is seen in previous test logs. Hypothesis: I hypothesize that the Regenerative cancer will cause even more additional limbs to grow as well as cause the SCP-610 instance to become larger in size from the other instances of SCP-610. Observations (What Happened During Test): The test subject survived an extra 27 minutes and 11 seconds longer than other test subjects previously exposed to SCP-610. During the revival process it only took the test subject 39 seconds to revive compared to a previous average of 3 mins seen in all the previous test subjects. When the subject reanimated it grew an estimated 11 times larger size than previous test subjects and it had an estimated 1 extra limb per square foot, we've only been able to observe 27 extra limbs , however we estimate the instance of SCP-610 has 40 but we may never know since the test subject had to be terminated because of a potential breach risk in how rapidly it was growing. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: The SCP-610 instance was a light brownish color with rough scared tissue for skin that had an extra 27+ limbs than a "normal" non cancerous instance of SCP-610. It had an estimated height of 21 feet 3 inches with a width of 18 feet 9 inches. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): The regenerative cancer given to test subject may have caused non SCP-610 infected cells to grow on the instance which was getting infected simultaneously by the existed SCP-610 cells attached to it, which may have also caused the extra limbs to grow from the previously 2-3 average. Lore Name: Jardakins Rank: Jr. Researcher SCP: 294 Question / Idea: Does SCP-294 simply copy the requested liquid from its source, or is the liquid drained from the source without it being replaced? Background Research: SCP-294 is an Euclid-class object (a vending machine) that will dispense 12oz of any liquid typed into its terminal. Hypothesis: I don't believe SCP-294 is capable of the creation of new matter, and so I doubt it is "cloning" its requested substances. Observations (What Happened During Test): After a D-Class typed in "[D-class Name]'s Blood" into the terminal, SCP-294 dispensed 12oz of what appeared to be blood. This was repeated twice more, and then both the blood samples and the D-Class where taken to medical for examination. Evidence: According to the medical staff present the blood was a match for the D-Class. After medical examination it was found that the D-Class had severely low blood pressure, matching a Class 3 hemorrhage, which references loss of 30 to 40 percent of total blood volume. Analysis / Conclusion: SCP-294 seemed to have taken the blood directly from the subject without replacing any of it, and so it is clear that the SCP does not "clone" its target substance. Background Research: SCP-173 has shown no emotion or reasoning in the past, as is to be expected of a mass of ceramic and rebar. Hypothesis: I believe how the subjects interact with SCP-173 will impact it's behavior. Observations (What Happened During Test): 3 D-Class personnel were introduced to SCP-173's containment environment. The first D-Class was told to punch SCP-173 several times. The second D-Class was told to insult SCP-173 (note: D-Class 4536 is equipped with an impressive arsenal of expletives). The third D-Class was simply told to stand where he was. Once these actions were performed, the observational shudders were closed and then opened after the sound of SCP-173 attacking was heard. What was discovered was fascinating: the only D-Class attacked was the insulter! Analysis / Conclusion: SCP-173 would have likely killed all D-Class present if given the opportunity, but it's priority victim being the insulter may show SCP-173 is capable of understanding communication on some level. The fact that the attacker D-Class wasn't "first on SCP-173's list", as my SEC escort put it, seems to show SCP-173 doesn't register attacks on itself as upsetting, likely due to its impervious nature. Background Research: N/A Hypothesis: The "rocks" would freeze the D-Class and the Blood would cause some sort of illness. Observations (What Happened During Test): When the D-Class drank the cup filled with "Rocks" he reported feeling that it tasted like stone but better. He also reported that he felt heavier. That he can't move with much agility. When drinking the blood he said it tastes like red wine. He also started becoming sick. In less than a minute he was dead. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: N/A Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): The cup of rocks must of had a liquid that turns into a solid in the human body. Background Research: The background for this test was obviously the knowledge of SCP-610 knowing that this SCP spreads a highly volatile infection to any humanoid life-form that dose not have anomalous properties and or some anomalous humanoid creatures can also be affected by SCP-610 infection. We didn't wanted to see the reaction of SCP 610 to a D class Personnel who had been infected with a highly volatile form of the rabies virus. Hypothesis: my hypothesis was to see if SCP-610 as already stated would react differently and or perhaps more harshly to a D class Personnel who have been infected with the rabies virus. Observations (What Happened During Test): The D class Personnel were instructed to enter SCP-610 containment chamber upon entering SCP-610 containment chamber SCP-610 seemed to be if not stalking said D class Personnel before infecting said D class Upon being infected SCP-610 then went into a somewhat of a dormant state, SCP-610 then aggressively started attacking SCP 610 - 2, SCP-610 then seemed to calm down once more, I then gave a set of instructions to SCP 610 - 2 it seems although however unlikely that SCP 610 - 2 still had somewhat of a Consciousness left and or possibly remembered his previous existence As he was able to understand and follow directions as given to him, Once all reasonable data was collected gas was it administered into SCP-610 chamber terminating SCP 610 - 2, SCP 610 - 2 was then disposed of as per hazardous material protocol. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): I believe strongly that the rabies virus played a big part in the outcome of this testing although I cannot say for sure as further testing is needed. Lore Name: Heart Rank: R SCP: 966 Question / Idea: The question and or idea of this experiment was to see if SCP-966 had any other altering effects on D-class Personnel who had been administered adrenaline Via the forearm The D-class Personnel were administered two injections each. Background Research: The background research for this experiment was of course revolving around SCP-966 is almost immediate insomnia effects to one's self + bodily functions, we wanted to see if adrenalin and or giving D-class Personnel heavy stimulation Possibly change the effect of SCP-966. Hypothesis: My hypothesis was that of a possible other outcome besides SCP-966 putting it’s victims into a somewhat of a sleep-deprived State and then consuming them we then asked the question if adrenalin and or any sort of stimulant would change the out come of said SCP effect, unfortunately my hypothesis was incorrect the simulation had no effect against SCP-966 effect of bodily functions. Observations (What Happened During Test): The D class Personnel were inserted into SCP-966 containment chamber. MTF was then authorized the use of thermal technology in spotting scp-966. we then began to observe the D class Personnel who had already been injected with two sets of adrenaline as well as heart monitors on each wrist of the D class personnel the D class Personnel then waited patiently but we're slowly and surely consumed by SCP 966 20 minutes into testing session. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): The conclusion / final analysis that I have for this test is like all SCP's under Foundation custody they remain and will most likely always remain unpredictable. Lore Name: Senior Researcher CatFish Rank: Senior Researcher SCP: Scp-060 Question / Idea: What would happen if i made constant fires and put them out in 060's containment chamber. How would scp-060-Alpha react? Would SCP-060-Alpha even activate? Background Research: Scp 060 is a collection of white oak trees that are contained within greenhouses at site 66 taht when burned with produce one instance of scp 060-Alpha. Scp-060-Alpha is a human skeleton covered in white flames that will attempt to cause as much destruction as possible within its means. its a lot like our own sites 457 except Scp-060-Alpha is a lot more dangerous in its capabilities Since it has Increased jump height, and speed, not to mention that it burns at 1500 degrees celcius. Hypothesis: I believe that Scp 060-Alpha will become incapable of materializing, and if he even did he would be reduced to ash by the fire retardent system i have in place for the test. Observations (What Happened During Test): During my testing of scp-060 and 060-Alpha, i had temporary gas and water lines brought through the entire enclosure of scp-066 so i can turn on the fire or water at any time. I hit the button for a second and watched a gust of flames fill scp-066's containment cell, which promptly activated scp-066-Alpha to materialize. once he fully materialized i hit the water button and flooded the cell, reducing 066-alpha to ash, i did this about 3 more times in a pattern of fire, water, fire, water and fire, then once i hit the water button to reduce 066-alpha to ash, the only thing that came out was steam. Scp-066-Alpha roared an unholy abomination of a noise, and the flame surrounding it, melting the gas line and setting off a chain reaction that blew up the entire enclosure and a large chunk of site-66. I promptly radio'd it in and started fleeing the facility, making sure scp-066-alpha did not catch me, the site director declared a defcon 1 due to the fact that a major chunk of the facility was blown open and more euclid/keter scps were now free. I was lucky enough to get out on the plane i arrived in with various [Redacted] that i originally came there for before the onsite nuke was activated and the site was declared destroyed. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): I inadvetandly caused scp-066-alpha to go into an unholy rage that caused site-66 to detonate its on site warheads due to most of the facility being blown up. Background Research: 999 is known to love candy and be attracted to it in any way. Hypothesis: I believe that scp 999 would in fact eat them becuase of the fact that they had candy inside them. Observations (What Happened During Test): 3 different class D were injected with different types of candy ( Fruit Candy, Chocolate, and spicy candy) Scp 999 ate every class D except for the third, spitting out his leg after taking a bit because it apparently does not like spicy candy (possible detterent should 999 become hostile in any way) extemely sweet candy was injected into the third class D to establish a mellow flavor. Scp 999 then ate the remaining class D with joy. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: (no images were taken unforunately, i will never forget to take pictures again. This was my first test and i was not made aware of the fact that visual stimuli was wanting) Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): Scp 999 appparently will go to such lengths such as murder as long as it involves gaining candy for itself in any way.
