That’s about all the lore I know. Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum) I should be in the Chaos Insurgency because I would love to revisit it. I find it more appealing and interesting for some reason to be CI rather than foundation personnel, and I will be an active soldier. I will follow orders as long as I am clear of what I am to do and what my objective is. Only if needed I will illustrate certain leadership qualities in order to continue the operation going. I just wish to be apart of an active side, because Gensec is boring, and most of the Nu7 aren’t really doing anything. Until SCPs start self breaching, my job is actually pretty bleak. I will be kind and respectful to all my comrades when I am both IC/OOC unless both me and my teammates are aware that it is a joke. I will assist the CI as best I can, but if I have to, I will put the organization first and terminate any captured comrades to prevent information from getting out. Tbh, my friend persuaded me into buying it. We screwed around in sandbox, then we tried out dark RP, something he was a master at. Took me a while to understand it. Then I tried things on my own, like jail break, and then Prison RP which I actually enjoyed. After a while I became so submerged with certain servers like DigitalDeltaGaming, Or Concordia SCPRP, but I dislike Concordia after getting falsely perma-banned for LTAP, then getting the forums account banned for trying to appeal. After that I returned to Digital Delta Gaming for a while until I found the perfect SCPRP server since the game mode interested me a lot. After that, around May-June I stumbled upon this community. I tried it, and I love it. Although there is a lot to keep track of, it’s not that difficult to grasp, and in my opinion this community is glorious. And that’s how I became interested in GMOD RP.

I will review the logs to see if they suspect killed anybody. If I find that the suspect mass RDMed within the logs, I will then teleport them and me to a secluded part of the map or the sit room. I will ask them why they did it. If all they do is swear at me, all I will do is ask again. If no change is shown, I will gag him. I will then ask another time. If they proceed to use foul language in the text chat as well, I will then mute them. I will warn them for RDM and Staff diss. After I warn them, I will call over a higher ranked staff member to minge/ban the player accordingly to what they did. EDIT: I will leave VEXT if I get accepted (Rang said I could say that)

When I receive my role as staff, I promise back to the community that I will put in all of my effort into my work, and making the environment so much more amusing to them, the players, so they must not deal with “minges.” I have seen how amazing this community is, and I would just love to be apart of it, and assist any way I can. I also notice how amazing the staff team is, and I have never yet come across a community in which the staff team are actually rather nice and formal at all times, even when dealing with issues that some may not be able to handle calmly. I just wish that I could do more to contribute to the community and the players. Also, this server reminds me so much of Concordia before I left that community due to terrible staff, and many minges, and I love this game mode on GMOD. I find it the most interesting. Overall, I just love the community, the staff, the players, the HRs in the game, and everything about the server, and I hope to contribute to this community, and that it lasts as long as it can. Whether I get accepted or not, I pledge to never abandon the server nor community, no matter the hardships or struggles we, the community as a whole, may face. *How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?* Firstly before teleporting the suspect to the staff room or a secluded part of the map, I will review the logs to see whether they have only killed the person who has called the sit, or if it actually looks as though they Mass RDMed. If he killed only the person who called the sit, I will teleport the ‘sit caller’ first in order to see his side of the story. Then I teleport the suspect to see his. If it checks out that he is innocent, I send them both back. If they DID rdm, then I will give the suspect a warning. Now, if it looks like he Mass RDMed, I will teleport the suspect and verify his side of the story. If he starts to illustrate hostile behaviour, I will freeze him. If he is verbally harassing me, I’ll gag him. If he does it again but in chat, I mute him. At this point the suspect would be rather useless trying to question, so while continuing to maintain my composure, I will teleport the three people the suspect had killed, and question them. If they all share the same story against the suspect, then I will punish them accordingly to the staff handbook, which is a 600 second minge. Edit- Note: I am aware that I do not meet some of the requirements, but I am determined at this point to become staff on this community, no matter how many interviews or applications I fail. I am also aware that I am not as active, but it is because of 9th grade. If I get accepted then I would not mind getting on for at least an hour after I finish HW.

(150 Word Minimum)* To be honest, I have taken a good interest in staff, and sometimes I feel like I can do so much more. Although I can just read the rules(Not saying I haven’t), I feel like applying for T-Mod can also assist in my knowledge of the rules. I also find it fun because I like helping people. But I don’t really deserve it. We all try our best, and if we don't get accepted, then there is always next time, and you can just be happy that there are other people getting accepted that can probably do the job better than you, and share the same passion, stronger than you. *How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?* A side of me wants to punish them right off the bat if I’m being honest because their behavior portrays to me that it is most likely true that they had Mass RDMed. On the other hand, I would like to try to reason with them. You'd never know the full extent of the situation you or the person are in. For all you know, they could be having a bad day, so they might act that way out of frustration, although they shouldn’t be acting like that to begin with. I would try to approach them while still maintaining my composure, try to reason with them, and if they continuously illustrate irrational behavior, I will just review the logs, and depending on the situation, I will bring witnesses(the victims), and if they all testify against him with the same/similar story, then I will punish the suspect appropriately according to the staff handbook. +Support I love how much work you put into your application. I see how passionate you are about being staff on the server, and I feel like you would be amazing. You put such great detail in all of the steps you would take as well, which most people would not do, such as me. It proves how experienced you are, and how prepared you are to handle the situation accordingly.

Name: Waffle Status on Roster: PFC Reason For LOA(If Private then put as N/A): Well, I don't know if I mentioned this on my other LOA, but my grandma has cancer. Right now it's worsening, and I kind of want to be there for her along with other family members of mine. Also, I'm not sleeping too well. Duration of LOA: About 2 Weeks and a half. Maybe I'll return on the 31st of July. If not, then earlier. Edit: I am extending the date by a little for family reasons and unplanned events. An example being my birthday Augst 9th, and my father planning a trip to a resort for 2 weeks. I shall return by the 12th of August. If that's fine with everyone.

Name: MTF Nu7 PFC Waffle PT7 Status on Roster: Active Reason For LOA(If Private then put as N/A): Well, I'm not sleeping well, my dad is making me work at his store this summer, and I really feel like playing something else. Plus, things haven't been going too well because I have gotten a warning for screwing up as 912 since I decided to joke around. Basically, I need a break from the server because I find it difficult to maintain a serious composure throughout my whole session on the server for every single day, if that makes sense. A person needs to let loose and fool around every now and then. Duration of LOA: Less than 2 weeks. I might join sometimes if I can. But after the 2 weeks, I will be completely active.

Alright, this I understand, but I still see no difference. It is still pretty infuriating when it takes about 5-8 headshots to kill a single D-Class, whether they have armor or not. Plus, there is no spray pattern at all. It's just random for the most part. Like, there is one, but it doesn't feel good if that makes sense. I'd gladly use anything else that is not TTT Weapons, and perhaps better. As long as it has better damage, accuracy, or both, I'll be content. And maybe I speak for some people that might feel the same way, too.
