We define self breaching hours when there are 70+ players so your first assumption is correct.

Understaffing is a broad term. We could have 7 Nu7 on and they could consider it understaffed. To make it a little more specific, under where it says "A valid RP reason is one that could result in the Condition being raised to Orange.", we should add the condition: - If there are less than 5 Nu7s on during self breaching hours. This keeps a certain balance that would be fitting for roleplayers and fairness sake. If this is added, then you have my +Support This number can change depending on other's opnions.

A suggestion was made for this some months ago. It was denied due to the lag it would probably cause and the server struggles enough with that at high player count as it is. I'd personally love if we could but, as far as I know, there's not much we could do.

In order to return to the normal 5208 size, you have to switch over to your keys first. If you switch from SVT 40 to the 5208 SWEP (or vice versa), then your size will bug out.

Alright, so if Bulborb was the one handing this situation and, looking at his reply, I've decided: +Support IF THEY CHANGE THE FORMAT based off this reason. I consider LTAP to be 2 things: 1. They are in a sit and LEAVE during the sit. 2. They are told by a staff member/are aware a staff member was there and will bring them into a sit and leaves the game. If a player simply says they're gonna make a sit and the instigator leaves, arguably, I wouldn't consider it LTAP because a staff member wasn't present to confirm a sit was going to be made. Plus, as Bulborb said: "MAYBE because". This brings up the idea of CHANCE, rather than an actual confirmation.

-Support With all due respect, I don't think this is useful in any way. You're literally just combining SCP 999 and SCP 066 into a singular SCP with infinite HP (and that type of SCP hasn't received a lot of community support from previous SCPs similar to free roam SCPs). I would rather not.
