Reason for Ban: It was likely a video (linked below) that I posted to my YouTube channel and linked in the memes Discord channel which could have been misunderstood. 7. Dispute: The point of the video was not about Gaminglight itself; it was just me being sad that my old friends on GL had moved on. The only direct mention of GL is the quote, "How can it still be the good times if I don't even talk to my old GL friends". The part of the video I can see causing a misunderstanding is the quote, "the player counts are the lowest ever seen, the attempt at a new server has failed". I see how this could have been seen as a shot at Gaminglight, but it isn’t, it was simply a reference to the failure of a “new server” that some of my old friends had joined. I have been a part of the Gaminglight community for years, and I felt hurt that it would abandon me over something so trivial. I would have been open to a conversation if the video was seen as offensive, but I feel a Discord ban isn’t the answer, as it bars you from a lot of participation, including joining battalions and such. I have been banned for 6 months now, and I would like another chance to show that I meant no harm to Gaminglight, and a chance to re-engage with a community I have put so much time into. Zeeptin didn't list a reason, but by talking with various members of the staff team, it was concluded that the only possible reason was the video I made and uploaded to the memes channel. The point of the video must have been misunderstood. Why do you deserve to be unbanned? The video, which you can watch for yourself below, only mentions GL one time, in the middle of the video. The entire quote is, "How can it still be the good times if I don't even talk to my old GL friends". The point of the video was not about GL itself, it was me being sad that my old friends on GL were gone. A problem everyone is sure to face sometime. I just put my emotions about seeing my old friends not playing anymore into a video and posted it. The majority of it is music and sad scenes in movies. The only part of the video I think Zeeptin could have misunderstood was the ending. In which I said "the player counts are the lowest ever seen, the attempt at a new server has failed". It is my impression that Zeeptin thought I was referring to Gaminglight. That is not true. Notice the second part of that quote, which has been underlined. Gaminglight is not what I am referencing here. It was a completely different server that some of my old friends joined. I have been apart of the Gaminglight community for years at this point, and I felt that a ban for a misunderstanding was far too harsh. If the video was truly that much of an issue deleting it and/or letting me know what they felt was wrong about it would have been a more understanding response. Like I said in the video, at the very end, Gaminglight is what I based my entire channel off of, and I feel like the ban was unjustified. If it was justified, please let me know why it was. A simple conversation could have solved this in the first place, and I am willing to solve it now. - ST Peter

My account was compromised and sent scam links, I quickly got it under my possession but had already lost interest in GMOD so didn't bother appealing. Why do you deserve to be unbanned? I never truly broke any server rules, my account was just compromised, I have since got my account back and have not had any incidents since, I never appealed earlier on due to a lack of interest in GMOD from that point, but I have recently gotten back into it therefor I am requesting this unban so I may get into battalions etc.

It has been a VERY long time since I have been banned, and the reason must have been so minute that I don't even remember. I would really like to get back into ImperialRP but as I have been banned from the ImperialRP discord, I cannot. (I am not banned from the server or the Main Gaminglight discord)

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I think I deserve to be unbanned on the discord because I want to play on SCP-RP again. My ban was 8 months ago I believe I should be unbanned because I was a foolish child who didnt undestand the severity of my words. Now if I do get unbanned I learned to never send any messages in the discord so I can’t get banned. Now I have to redo all my trainings and get all my promotions back from years of work and its time to start fresh.
