I would tell him to stop cursing at me. if he doesn't stop cursing at me i would gag him so i could read the logs. If he doesn't stop cursing at me in chat i would mute him. I would read logs to see if it is true. if it is true that he was Mass RDMing i would get a higher up to give him a 10,000 second minge.
