-support Why in the hell would he get blacklisted from a 100 dollar job (343) just because he was putting d bois in upper d block. He might've been just joking around or the elevator was broken or someone was elevator spamming. However, he didn't do anything on 106 to get blacklisted other then for it being able to noclip. Instead the punishment should be a Minge or a warning but not a blacklist -Support on him getting blacklisted on 106 or 343 +support on seeing him getting minged or warned.

I get what you mean. I should've done a better job at explaining, my bad. But what i was trying to say is That They will stay back on the surface when they would enter the facility. And they'd normally spy on the CI and get information instead of staying in bunks all day. And normally d classes, scps, and other things don't make it far on the surface. Sorry if i didn't explain it well. I'm not a good explaining person.

What you want to see? - MTF E11 Surface Patroll Why should we add it? - Well. E11 is very laid back and barely does anything aside from enter the facility and stay in their bunks. with surface patrol. They never enter the facility unless given permission from 05. And they usually stay on the surface. Their main goal is to spy on the CI by mainly doing /me equips binoculars. And then they can Spy on the CI. But that's not the only thing. They protect the surface and especially the bunks. They do not need permission to spy on CI unless if 05 tells them not to. They mainly report all information immediately back to bunks and use that information against the CI and use it for further raids. As well they protect surface from pacific events. They mainly make sure surface is crystal clear and all problems should be dealt with. What are the advantages of having this? - Well. E11 Doesn't have to worry about the surface nor non friendly faces entering the facility. Because surface Patrol would prevent those unfriendly faces from entering because they patrol the surface. It mainly keeps surface clear when E11 is in the facility. It can also prevent documents from being stolen. Overall, it is a big security for the surface. Also, they can recontain the SCP's on the surface and will mainly focus on that if that ever happens. And will prevent them from going offsite. I think they should be. They can also Dress up as a civilian and spy on CI (CI must roleplay and cannot AOS Them Or KOS Them if they're in a civilian suit) Who is it mainly for? - E11. And people who really like the surface, and like to patrol on it as E11. And the people who love to spy on CI. And radios can be used when civilian BUT if you get caught talking on the radio they can check to see what channel you're on by doing /me grabs radio. If they roll higher you get captured but if you roll higher it convinces them it's nothing. However if there is 3 or more people they can take it without rolling. They should know all knowledge about SCPS and how to contain them. You'd have to be a RCF In gensec to be able to trade lives for it. Or a SGT in E11.

Actually that's good. I have an Idea though. lets say d classes are only allowed to riot 5 times an hour. That's what i would call an "Successful Riot" A "Successful Riot" is where the rioters get all the way past HCZ CP. Once they get past the Check point. That's One Successful Riot. So if they get to HCZ 5 times. All of their Successful riots are up. Failed riots are where they do not get to HCZ. They do not count as a riot. So they can keep on trying. However once they get in HCZ 5 times. That's where they have an Hour Cooldown Until they can riot again. That's my idea. It's overall balanced and Basically makes it fun.

I respect your opinion. But i was kind of talking server wise, and how it would impact the server. a lot of people play d boi. and if you make rules like that. The server can go down hill. As much as i would like it. It just would impact the server too much in a Negative way. Also i get i didn't use better words. There is no really solution other then.... well.... nothing really. Like, if you would add d class nlr, instead of being 90 - 100 players on average. It would probably drop down to around 50 - 70. Or even worse. 40 - 50. I mean 85% of the server is class d's. I like this server i don't want it to end but, if this gets added. This server will go downhill.

I've been hearing you're a minge and i wouldn't want a minge on the event team. As they could make mingey events. Not a good fit. -Support I honestly think that this is a terrible idea and would cause a lot of chaos of hate on this server. Even though how much gensec hate riots. It shouldn't get nerfed like that. Think of it this way: At least 75 - 80% of the server is class D's. Any they mainly riot for fun. if you make it like this, there will be a lot of minges and people getting angry because of it. And if we look at it at a worse way, it might kill the server. As much as gensec don't like riots, it's still a bad suggestion. As it could kill the server. Also the solution is just train more gensec. the more numbers the better.

+Support I honestly i think that when you're in the panic room waiting for the defcon to rise, it gets really really boring. So you tab out and watch a youtube video and boom. The defcon rised like 40 minutes ago and you were in the panic room for no reason. Overall when i was research It was really boring being in the panic room without anything. However a cinematic player would also be nice.

I won't really say i was being toxic today. I was just playing d class and having fun and just saying stupid shit. I was basically being a d class killing people and doing my tony montana impression. So i was going like "Ah don't touch my stash motherfuckers" before murdering the gensec with my wrench. i was just overall fucking around and i wasn't serious.

No. I was a very toxic researcher and a pretty annoying gensec once. Well gensec i wasn't THAT annoying, but researcher is where i was toxic and i was also toxic as a Class D. i mainly was toxic in the chat more then on jobs.
