It’s just a kick, and I’ve seen it where spams persist for around 10 minutes after because they are still catching up. It ruins chat for anyone who gets spammed. The tolerance should be around 20 messages in 10 seconds though because some people do chat in pms and send 20 messages in a minute.

+Support 912 has ruined a few GOI infiltration events because guns were out. It’s a pain as they were undercover and this rule would really help combatants fight against really strict 912s. -
It can take a bit of time also make sure to hit F7 and buy a key and see if you can open it in the crate inventory

+Support Putting this right outside D-Block pisses off researchers, wardens, and maintenance because it gets super crowded in that intersection when there are stair forts and walls like these. Its hell for CI as well
