So I have 2 years of experience in Maintenance but I never became Command because I wasn't ready, Now I am ready and I will bring all of my experience into Maintenance or Utility. This gives me a chance to finally complete my goal to be in Maintenance Command. I am very knowledgeable in the ways of Maintenance and I am very active when it comes to Utility. Being in command will let me have more resources to configure situations that are shown to people throughout Maintenance. I will dedicated my time and effort into Maintenance and Improve our community. 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? - If a Trainee did escape from the Training Room, I would call an Aos on them and wait for them to come back dead or alive or I would call staff to Tp them to the Training Room. If the Trainee continues to escape and refuse to return I would have a Dnt on that specific Trainee and demote them off the Job. If they continue and flag back on the Trainee job I would unwhitelist them for the specific remainder of time. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple Sop rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? - If a Junior Maintenance broke multiple Sop rules, I would tell them what Sop rules they broke and how to not break them in the future. If they broke the Sop rules on purpose I would put them on a Dnp for a couple of days.
