  1. Accepted! While there is evidence to support this player having engaged in RDM conduct, the Leaving to Avoid Punishment charge is not supported. Leaving to Avoid Punishment can only be assessed if the player engages in clear actions to avoid being punished after a staff member becomes involved in a situation. This can include changing jobs, changing names, and leaving the server. However, in this situation, the player left the server prior to a staff member getting involved. The ban will be revoked from your account, however the warning shall remain in place. To have your warn removed, go to the "Bans" Section at the top of the forums, navigate to your profile, find the ban for this appeal, and for the reason on the appeal, link this post.

    False Warn

Accepted While SCP 096 is activated he is in a rage state. While SCP 096-1 is his primary target in that state, other people who get in SCP 096's way through walking in his path, getting in his way, etc, put themselves in peril as well. As such I'm accepting this warning appeal. To have your warn removed, go to the "Bans" Section at the top of the forums, navigate to your profile, find the warning for this appeal, and for the reason on the appeal, link this post.
  3. Accepted Thank you for the report. In addition to the sanctions already put in place by staff members in game, this individual has now also been blacklisted from Security Heavy.
  4. Accepted Thank you for the report. After reviewing server logs regarding this incident, I've confirmed this player engaged in Mass RDM and Mass FailRP as SCP 173. They have been issued a warning for their conduct, a one month ban from the server, and have been blacklisted from SCP 173.
  5. Starr, did he leave the server prior to you addressing the sit?
  6. Noted! We have reviewed this issue with our servers and we will be working hard to fix it ASAP! Please allow up to a week for any bug fixes to occur as we go on a first come first serve basis. Thank you!
  7. When a ban is requested that the assigned staff member isn't able to implement another staff member can issue the ban, which is what happened in this case. Starr has been pinged and will respond when he's able.
  8. Denied Whether the staff member in question was godded or not is immaterial. You should not be attacking staff members or other persons during sits at any time. This warning is upheld and will remain on your record.
  9. Denied Staff members already adequately handled the issue in-game by issuing warnings as appropriate. Further action at this time isn't called for, as there is no video evidence nor specific statements that show the extent of the FailRP this player displayed as Dr. Bright.
  10. Accepted Based on the information provided in this appeal and by the staff member, I am accepting the appeal for this warning. Staff members are not to be conducting sits in open areas when at all possible to avoid potential issues such as these. To have your warn removed, go to the "Bans" Section at the top of the forums, navigate to your profile, find the warning for this appeal, and for the reason on the appeal, link this post.
  11. DENIED - No Misconduct On behalf of Igneous, I am denying this staff report. This user engaged in racist on the SCP Server and rightfully received a ban for that misconduct. While Head of Staff Rangiatea should have also issued a warning alongside the ban to document the incident, this was rectified upon your ban appeal being denied. As there was no misconduct on a staff level, this report is denied.

    Sygo ban appeal

Denied This player engaged in racist conduct on his own admission. Stating, "I didn't know it was a rule" is not a valid defense. Racism of any type is not allowed on this server, nor in this community.

    Ban Appeal

Denied This user engaged in racist behavior and received a one week ban for their conduct. Racism of any type, including attempting to bypass filters by spelling words differently, is not allowed on this server, nor this community. To better document this incident a warning for the conduct has also been applied per the Staff Handbook.
  14. Accepted Thank you for the report. Staff had already intervened and issued warnings to the players involved and requested permenant bans. These bans have now been implemented.
  15. Oh, outstanding. I'm just gonna put this here from the MOTD as well: Class D personnel are never allowed to spawn props.
  16. While investigating a player report unrelated to the above conduct I discovered two different logs where this player propkilled two different players, by the names of LR Sven and Yellow Ball, log proof of which is included here. I apologize for mistakenly informing you that you killed Sven twice, upon relooking at the logs to collect evidence for this appeal I found it was in fact two separate players. Additionally, the logs do not show that you were propkilled by anyone else but yourself in the few hours worth of logs that I checked, so I find it a little odd that someone attempting to prop kill you was never successful.
  17. Accepted Thank you for the report. Based on the evidence provided this player will receive a warning for RDM.
  18. Accepted! To have your warn removed, go to the "Bans" Section at the top of the forums, navigate to your profile, find the warning for this appeal, and for the reason on the appeal, link this post.
  19. Accepted Thank you for the report. This player will be receiving a warning for RDM x1, ARDM x1, and FailRP. Experienced Technicians are not allowed to carry automatic weapons per the technician SOP.
  20. Denied After reviewing the evidence and testimony above it is clear that there was evidence of misconduct that rose to the level of a warning. There is absolutely no reason to bring D-Class personnel into EZ, additionally, Dr. Bright is bound by the Research SOP. Failure to follow a branch's SOP that you fall under constitutes a failure to follow an order from a superior, which is considered FailRP. This warning will remain on your record. Secondarily, a warning has been issued to the second researcher who was in EZ assisting this player getting into areas that he was not allowed to go into for FailRP as well. Both of these players are staff members who should know that it is an expectation as a staff member they are to remain professional and comply with the MOTD and their branch SOPs at all times.
