If a weapon is pointed at you you can not press panic or do anything really due too the border of fear rp. If they look away for a second or point gun away that is when you can do what you please.

Agreed ^^ It would be like myself falling inactive and you buying a 200 dollar or more custom class and me being left with nothing. Unless you work something out with the CC owner I don't believe it is possible.

Yes Under the CC is the best way to sort those issues. Make sure to have as much Info as Possible.
