+support yes it may have been rdm, but tell me, how many times as Government, have you shot at a government car that is being stolen. This is the same principle except Tobi was a thief at the time.

-Support When the situation started, I had taken you both to the hospital roof, and I attempted to take the victims side of the story, but you would not stop talking, so I had to gag you. After he was done, I ungagged you and you told me your side of the story, which conflicted with the victims. I then decided that you should release the victim, as nobody had any evidence of the situation, and I had conflicting stories. When I told you to remove him from the cuffs, you refused, several times and it came to the point where I had to remove the victim myself, after warning you. You then called a higher up, which you are allowed to do, of course, and Taco said to make a Staff Report. You then began to verbally harass me in OOC saying "You are scared" and "Upload the video" etc (seen in screenshots below). I then JailTP'd you to the top of spawn, where I warned you for Harassment of Staff, Non Compliance with Staff, and Swearing in OOC (As seen below) . I then proceeded to minge you for 600s, for Harassment of Staff and Non Compliance with Staff. The video shows me being completely reasonable with you and explaining to you that you have to release the victim from cuffs, to which you didn't, and as you can see we were not in a RP situation, as Staff Sits are NOT RP situations. +support Despite this being an old warn, I still believe he should be able to have it removed solely because I don't think he should have a warn from himself on his record. Everyone makes mistakes, and he may not have even noticed that he warned himself at the time.
