In my opinion PD Meetings just waste time. The topics are mostly similar if not the same thing every time, and it limits RP (No Major Crime). Personally I think PD meetings should only be called by High Command, and should focus on a different reason every time. There is a lot of problems within the lower ranks of PD that need to be addressed and fixed procedure wise (SNR’s running into bank and Gen store Robberies) so if you structured your meetings around a certain topic every time, they wouldn’t take an hour at a time. In my opinion we should have less PD meetings, because I think officers would work harder in-game to receive promotions from Command

What you want to see? - I would like to see a harsher punishment system for people that decide not to roleplay Why should we add it? - In my year playing this server, I have been slowly seeing the amount of roleplay decrease, and now it has come to a point where there is practically no roleplay on the server. Yesterday I was on patrol and decided to drive past the PD gate, and I saw about 10-12 people standing outside, just mic spamming and being really obnoxious. Nobody does traffic stops anymore, they either get into a massive pursuit and start a shootout, or just get out of the car and start shooting. I would like to see the punishment become a warm and 600 second minge, and a 1 day ban for repeat offenders, because the NITRP seriously has to stop. What are the advantages of having this? - We could make Gaminglight have a fun atmosphere once again, because for me personally, it’s just become minge simulator. This Suggestion is also coming from someone that is not in State. I don't know why we would stay in the PD, it just seems pointless considering we are a division of the Rockford State Police Department. Big -Support

That is your job to find out. It was probably accidental, so that is your task to talk to the Staff member that issued the warn. Still not an excuse to not appeal the warns

Screenshot of the warn is enough evidence if you back it up with a story, IF the warning is truly False. That is no excuse

-Support - If your warns are sincerely false, you should have appealed them. - I highly doubt most of your warns are dupes or false - Didn't stop breaking rules, IMO, does not get unbanned
