I agree, the rule is based on intent and if Ecalper or the SRT that called the sit on him didn't have any video evidence how are you supposed to know that the player did it intentionally or not. You can't just look at the logs and assume that the player was trying to cop bait by firing his gun. Therefore, like Ecalper said, it was a he said she said and Rocco should have returned both of them.

Yea i was cuffed in jail and coppied it to see if it would let me do it but with another space and it worked then i went afk during mt jail time and came back and they warned me by accident but now i know not to do that anymore
